The co-stars displayed their tight-knit friendship as they clung to each other on the red carpet, interlocking fingers while posing for photos.
For her part, Aniston, 57, wore an ankle-length forest green dress with split short sleeves.
Meanwhile, 50-year-old Witherspoon, whose son Deacon Phillippe just graduated from NYU, opted for a black skirt suit with a cleavage-teasing blazer.
She rounded out the classic look with a pair of pointed-toe black heels.
The actresses have enjoyed a close kinship since 2000, when Witherspoon played Aniston's character Rachel Green's little sister Jill on two episodes of Friends.

'We met on the set of Friends,' Witherspoon told Harper's Bazaar in 2019.
'I played her sister. I was 23-years-old and had just had a baby. I was nursing Ava on set, and Jen just kept going, "You have a baby?" I was like, "I know, it's weird,'" she recalled.
The industry vet remembered Aniston as 'sweet.'
'She was so sweet to me. I was really nervous, and she was like, "Oh, my gosh – don't worry about it!" I marveled at her ability to perform in front of a live audience like that with no nerves,' she shared.
For Witherspoon's birthday this past March, Aniston gave her co-star and BFF a shoutout on social media.
She wrote on Instagram: 'She’s 50 and still my favorite little firecracker. My sister, my partner, and my heart for 30 years. Whaaaaa!??
'Y’all know what to do~ please join me in wishing this very special woman a birthday she’ll never forget - I love you, honey!'
The Morning Show was renewed for its fifth season on Apple TV+ in September.

It debuted in 2019 'as one of the flagship series on Apple TV+.'
