Blake Lively Makes First Public Appearance After Missing Taylor Swift’s Wedding
Travis Kelce might not look like an American singer, but he’s not pitchy either.
After multiple guests at Taylor Swift and the Kansas City Chiefs player’s wedding confirmed the couple sang a duet at their rehearsal dinner, Jason Kelce detailed his brother's secret singing abilities.
“Trav can sing,” the Philadelphia Eagles alum explained during an appearance on The Ross Tucker Podcast July 21. “Trav has always been able to carry a tune…obviously it paled in comparison to some of the other people singing that night.”
Indeed, Swift wasn’t the only pro performer Kelce had to compete with at their Madison Square Garden wedding festivities. During the July 3 party, legends Stevie Nicks and Paul McCartney both performed songs in honor of the couple.
While Nick’s song was not confirmed, multiple outlets revealed McCartney performed The Beatles’ hit “I Want to Hold Your Hand” for the first time in over 60 years.
Meanwhile, Pat McAfee revealed that Avril Lavigne also hit the stage alongside Swift.
“She was awesome,” McAfee shared on the July 13 episode of his eponymous show. “To be clear, those musicians—really cool. One would just call out the other and then they would come up and then they would just do their s--t.”
Of course, the music wasn’t the only aspect Swift and Kelce had masterminded for their nuptials.
“The event itself was like the most spectacular grand thing I've ever seen in my entire life,” the ESPN host mused. "Taylor Swift's one of the greatest creators that the world's ever seen. Think about her brain going to her dream wedding and then Travis Kelce's energy in the middle of it.”

And while fans might not be able to remember the moment in the back of their minds like guests clearly have, some details have painted quite the lavish white veil occasion. Several attendees told NBC News that the couple raffled off prizes throughout the night, including multiple designer bags and a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle.
One winner, Jackie Tranquill—the wife to Chiefs linebacker Drue Tranquill—revealed she took home a nearly $7,000 Chanel handbag, showing off her winning raffle ticket alongside the purse in a July 6 Instagram Story.
And while you’d have to spend your whole life putting the special day into words, McAfee reasoned, “It was the greatest night of all time.”

While Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s official wedding photos have not yet been released, the couple was confirmed to have been dressed to the nines in Christian Dior Haute Couture designed by Jonathan Anderson, who took over as creative director for the fashion house in 2025. It marked the designer’s first time designing a dress for a world-renowned celebrity.
The pair also each wore custom Christian Louboutin shoes. And Swift didn’t trade the Cartier for someone to trust, opting to sport accessories made by the jeweler.

Who was in Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding party?
While the rumors flew as to who from Swift’s squad would make it onto the altar with her, both the Grammy winner and her now-husband opted to skip the traditional wedding party. Instead, Swift had her brother Austin Swift act as her Man of Honor, while Kelce tapped his brother Jason Kelce to be his Best Man.
As for who was heard saying speak now or forever hold your peace? Adam Sandler stepped in to be the couple’s officiant. The comedian is, along with his family, a longtime Swiftie and has been a guest on the New Heights podcast. Kelce also made a cameo appearance in Happy Gilmore 2, which Swift rated “13/10” and called “an absolute must watch.”

Who attended Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding?
There was quite the evergreen group of friends that stepped out at Madison Square Garden to see Swift and Kelce say “I do.” Seriously, the guest list was over 1,000 people.
On Swift’s side, her longtime friends including Abigail Anderson Berard, Selena Gomez and her husband Benny Blanco, Gigi Hadid and Bradley Cooper, Ed Sheeran and wife Cherry Seaborn, Lena Dunham, Jack Antonoff, Zoë Kravitz, Ashley Avignone and Karlie Kloss could all be voted best dressed, fearless.

Who didn’t attend Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding?
Considering these nuptials simply hit different, it’s hard to believe any guest would decline on their RSVP. However, stars including Ryan Seacrest, Zoë’s fiancé (and Swift’s ex) Harry Styles and Swift’s former BFF Jaime King, whose son Leo Thames is one of Swift’s godchildren, had to skip the ceremony for their own reasons, emphasizing no bad blood.
Meanwhile, Garret “Jacknife” Lee—who co-produced Swift’s “The Last Time”—thought his invite was too good to be true. His wife Melissa Garner Lee revealed in an op-ed that her husband told her he’d received “a text” from Swift’s manager inviting the couple to her nuptials, but ignored it thinking it was spam.
Swift’s “Snow on the Beach” duet partner Lana Del Rey, for her part, also opted for a low-key weekend, skipping the nuptials in favor of hosting a friend’s birthday, which she confirmed on Instagram.
Among other stars who were formerly in Swift and Kelce’s inner circle but did not make their white veil occasion include Dianna Agron, Keleigh Sperry Teller and Miles Teller, as well as Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds. Although the stars were previously thick as thieves with Swift and Kelce, it appears a frost has arisen amid the friendships.

What have guests said about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding?
Despite the large scale of the wedding, guests have overwhelmingly emphasized the intimate feel of Swift and Kelce’s ceremony.
"It was as intimate as it possibly could be given it was Madison Square Garden," Stephanapoulos said during a GMA segment July 4. “It was really this garden inside the Garden, which was so beautiful. It's hard to imagine a place that big, and a wedding with such stars, could feel so personal and so intimate.”
