Jane Seymour confirmed she is engaged to musician John Zambetti after three years of dating.
The 75-year-old star, who has been previously married four times, opened up about the 'pure unconditional love' that she shares with Zambetti and got candid to People about the humorous proposal that took place months earlier.
The announcement comes only days after the Somewhere In Time actress flashed a diamond sparkler on her ring finger at a glitzy Los Angeles event last week.
Zambetti also joined in on the conversation to discuss what led to him popping the big question.
'I'm just kind of old school. I don't like this partner talk. To me, we're not forming a law firm,' he expressed to the outlet.
The singer-songwriter thought of a variety of ways he could propose, with one featuring close pal Mick Jagger.

Zambetti initially thought about inviting Jagger and his partner Melanie Hamrick over to their Malibu home, and would give the Rolling Stones frontman the diamond ring.
'And then I'll propose and say... I don't have a ring. And Mick will go like, "Oh, I have a ring." All these crazy things, right? Which are totally preposterous.'
However, the musician decided to pop the question on Valentine's Day this year at their home, which also happens to be one day before Seymour's birthday.
'I got down on my knees, the whole thing. I had the ring hidden in the safe, pulled out the ring. I opened the box, and the ring popped out of the box, onto the bed,' he recalled of the big moment.
Zambetti explained he had to get under the bed to retrieve the ring but humorously got stuck.
He said that Seymour had to help him and the actress chimed in to add, 'And we weren't wearing any clothes.'
She struggled to help her now-fiance out from under the bed and further shared, 'We looked at one another and started laughing hysterically.'
While Seymour admitted to knowing Zambetti had gotten a ring, she said that the proposal itself still took her by surprise.

'I was surprised, but I was not surprised that he wanted me to live with him for the rest of our lives. That [decision] had already been made.'
The lovebirds also explained that their families have supported the romance.
'I just feel nothing but pure unconditional love and support,' Seymour gushed, before adding that she has gone 'through betrayals' in the past.
The actress then called Zambetti 'the kindest, most intelligent, loving, caring, giving human being I've ever met.'
And while talking to Us Weekly on Thursday, Seymour said she is 'very excited' about the next step in their lives.
'We've been together three years now. And there's nothing but music in my house. He’s a singer-songwriter.'
She added, 'His son [Johnny Zambetti] is a singer-songwriter. My son [Johnny Keach] is a singer-songwriter.'
Seymour has previously been married four times.

'I am very much in love and thrilled with it all,' she said. 'John and I get along very well and earlier this year had a marvelous vacation together which was relaxing.'
The siren from England was also seen kissing Zambetti on the red carpet as they looked like smitten teenagers.
The star started wearing the ring earlier this year but had yet to comment on it at the time. The bauble has two diamonds side-by-side in a yellow gold setting.
Seymour said the romance took her by surprise after being married several times. 'I am in a committed, healthy, loving relationship and I feel blessed,' she said. 'I am so lucky to be this happy, especially at this time in my life.'
And she feels that it is their destiny to have met in their seventies: 'The timing is right,' she told The Daily Mail.
They were set up on a blind date by mutual friends and their children after it was revealed their sons had previously hung out together.
Their first date was at a Shwayze concert in Malibu on August 4, 2023.

She has said they celebrate on the 4th of every month because it's the anniversary of their first date.
Last year, she told Hello Magazine they are having quite the romance.
'In my parents' generation, and I think a lot of people, they reach a certain age and they go, "That's not part of our life any more, and it's not necessary."
'I just think, with maturity, you understand your body, you understand what feels good and you have knowledge, so put it down to that,' Seymour said.
