Jamie Redknapp's wife Frida showed off her incredible figure in a bright blue swimsuit as the pair enjoyed a trip to LA this week.

The 41-year-old beauty was relaxing in the sun during the holiday where she flaunted her toned physique in the one piece.

During the time away the pair also enjoyed some golf and plenty of swanky meals out, with Frida even heading to the famous Erewhon Market for a smoothie.

Another shot saw her showing off her legs in black shorts and a white top as she visited the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Former professional footballer, 52, Jamie welcomed his youngest son Raphael with second wife Frida in 2021.

He also shares sons Charley, 21, and Beau 17, with ex-wife Louise who he split from in 2017.

It comes after just last month Jamie revealed he's been sober for two years after suffering a 'terrible' hangover following a boozy night out for his 50th birthday.

The star shared that he wanted to give up booze after being unable to remember any of his birthday as he got 'hammered' at his birthday celebration.

Sharing that he's 'never had a bad relationship with alcohol,' Jamie explained that part of his decision to stop drinking was to be 'healthier' and present for his son Raphael, after becoming a father again at the age of 49.

Speaking on The Romesh Ranganathan Show, the former Liverpool star added that he feels 'pleased' he's given up booze.

The interview was originally released back in October, but resurfaced after a fan posted a clip on X while reflecting on their own sobriety journey.

Jamie told Romesh: 'I haven't had a drink now in 18 months. Purely, I just felt, never had a bad relationship with alcohol, I've always suffered terrible hangovers, so that tells you alcohol doesn't agree with me, but I had my 50th.'

He continued: 'Hammered off my nut, and that was my birthday and I had all my mates there.

'But I had, it was 25th June my birthday and my son and I played in the father/son tournament at Greenwood, had a couple of beers there, then we get back home, and it's about 4/4:30, my mum and dad turn up, Charlie, my son's 20 he's excited.

She also shared a snap of the pair on the plane home from the trip as they wore matching face masks

'Beautiful weather, great summers' day, having a few more drinks and I'd just forgotten to eat. So then I'm having a few more tequilas, we went to this restaurant called Los Machi, it was a brilliant Mexican restaurant, and we just hired out the restaurant, and everyone was coming I was so excited to see everyone.

'By the time I got to the club I was in a mess and it really hit me, and the next day I woke up horrendous.'

'My two boys, I remember walking home with them, and I thought that's it, I'm gonna stop drinking.

'That feeling of not memorising anything that happened was just horrendous for me.

'So I thought I'm going to stop, I love a glass of wine, and I'm not a drinker, maybe had the odd binge, but I thought I'm going to see how it goes.

'And that went to one month, two months, six months. And I don't necessarily feel that much better for it, but I just feel pleased that I've done it.'

Jamie went on to share that several of his pals had struggled with drug and alcohol problems, and while he 'didn't have that relationship', he felt he 'wanted to stop'.

He added: 'I want to take up every morning when I see Rafa I don't want to feel like ''oh I feel rubbish today'', I want to get up earlier than him and be as healthy as possible.'
