Earlier this week, it was reported that Kennedy was arrested on domestic violence charges after the police were called to their home.
Prior being arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence, he had been partying with Lewber at Kathy Hilton's Christmas bash.
Later that same day, witnesses claimed that there was a loud argument going on between a man and a woman in their home.
Kennedy is said to have at one point grabbed the female. Officers say they did not see any visible injuries on the woman.
The authorities determined it was a domestic violence incident following an investigation, and Kennedy was subsequently arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence.
He was released after paying a $20,000 bail. The Burbank City Attorney's Office is now looking into the case for potential charges.
While it's unknown if the alleged victim is Lewber, People reported that the duo were not seen spending much time together at Hilton's party nor were they observed being particularly affectionate towards one another.
A source told People: 'James was acting super aggressive all night long.'

He appeared to be home, however, as he was later seen picking up a food delivery order outside of his door
'He was acting so erratic, running back and forth to the bar and body-checking people along the way,' the source alleged.
'He appeared inebriated. Spent the evening mostly alone but when he did speak to people, he appeared irritated and rude.'
Just one day after his arrest, Lewber was speaking lovingly of her boyfriend and gushed about how 'proud' she was of him while speaking exclusively with DailyMail.com at the New Year's Eve with Windsor soirée.
During the chat, she addressed Bravo's decision to replacing the longtime stars with a brand new cast for Vanderpump Rules and how her boyfriend reacted to the announcement. In fact, she praised him for being 'mature.'
'Like James, the way that he handled it, was so mature, because we talked about it a lot, and I think we both decided this doesn't fit our lifestyle. We already kind of known that.

She added that she was 'proud of her boyfriend, who is now a DJ after starting off his entertainment career as a busser at SUR on reality TV. 'And so even over the past months, before we kind of knew, and it just feels like reaching for drama,' she continued.
'I feel, like, excited for the future actually, and I don't have anxiety. I'm like, "OK, cool. You want to DJ. I want to do astrology." We're grateful for, obviously, we've all seen James from where he is in the beginning to where he is now.'
