Jacob Elordi has admitted he was was 'nervous' to star in Wuthering Heights alongside actress Margot Robbie.
The Australian actor, 28, stars in the highly anticipated movie, sharing the screen with Barbie star Margot, 35.
Wuthering Heights, the latest big screen adaptation of Emily Brontë’s iconic gothic romance, is set to be released in cinemas just before Valentine's Day on February 13.
Margot and Jacob play lovers Catherine and Heathcliff in the highly anticipated romance drama, produced by Margot and her production company LuckyChap Entertainment.
In a new interview, Jacob has revealed his fears before the cameras started rolling as he was taken aback by the sheer scale of the production.
Posing for the cover of Esquire UK's March/April issue, he said: 'The older I get, the more nervous I get, and I was afraid of; it was a big movie, and the crew was big and the sets were big.'

He was speaking to Wuthering Heights' director Emerald Fennell, who said: 'Yes, and also Margot is the biggest star in the world and you’re playing opposite each other. It’s fucking big.'
Jacob continued by revealing his self-doubt entered his head, which left him thinking if he had studied and read enough.
Jacob said: 'There’s 600 people there that have put so much work and effort in, who’ve toiled and waited and not seen their families, and then you need to come in and put a layer onto the cake.
'There is a pressure that you’re not going to be what people want you to be. There will probably always be an imposter element to acting for me, just because I dreamt about it so intensely that it almost feels like it couldn’t have happened.'
Earlier this week it was revealed Margot had gifted Jacob a stunning matchet signet ring, which features two skeletons embracing.
It also has an engraved message that reads: 'Whatever our souls are made of, his and mine are the same.'
Their matching rings come after Jacob revealed how they both had a 'mutual obsession' with each other.
He told how he made sure he was no more than 10 meters away from the mother-of-one 'at all times'.
Jacob gushed: 'I think the thing is, regardless of plot or screenplay, if you have the opportunity to share a film set with Margot Robbie, you're going to make sure you're within 5 to 10 meters at all times.'

Jacob and Margot have come under fire from critics who have accused them of a 'lame' publicity stunt over their public affection
He added: 'Watching how she drinks tea, how she eats her food, how she does it. When is it going to slip? When is the thing going to come undone? And, it never comes undone.'
However, Margot and Jacob have come under fire from fans who accused them of a 'lame' publicity stunt.
Their critics have said it is an over-the-top attempt at pushing their on-screen chemistry.
Several commenters have accused the pair of copying the now-infamous press tour playbook used by Sydney Sweeney and Glen Powell during the promotion of Anyone But You.

'They are going way too hard with this film promotion. This is exactly like Sydney Sweeney and Glen Powell. It's all marketing,' one said.
'Overdoing it to sell their chemistry,' a third agreed.
'This shouldn't be necessary if the film is actually good.'
Others questioned the optics altogether, with one bluntly writing: 'Super creepy to say when you're married.'
Meanwhile, Margot sent fans wild when she appeared to suffer a red carpet slip-up with her husband Tom Ackerley at the Los Angeles premiere.
While speaking on the red carpet, the actress said she would go and see the upcoming drama with her 'husband... or whoever'.
Replying to the clip, one fan said: 'AHAHAHAH poor husband; 'My husband or Jacob Elordi, or whoever????';
'Do they have an open marriage or .. ??'; 'My husband or whoever lol'; 'husband or whoever LOLOL.'
