Jackie 'O' Henderson's 'dream home' project has inched a step closer to reality.
The radio Queen, 49, has taken on the ambitious project that will see a complete transformation of an oceanfront house she purchased at open auction in March 2023.
And nearly two years after the KIIS FM star dropped $13.25 million on the pad, the first signs of the transformation became evident on Saturday.
It appears that Clovelly residents within earshot of Jackie's eventual new digs were in for quite the cacophonous weekend.
The expansive six bedroom, three storey home that once sat on the site was completely demolished, leaving nothing but piles of bricks and rubble to be carted away by excavators.
Photos of the now house-less site showed a sloped frontage, leading to several staggered levels with the whole area now cordoned off with temporary fencing.

The scene was a far cry from the 1960s-era home that once stood on the site.
An aerial photo of the site revealed just how close Jackie will be to the stunning coastline.
The picture showed the crystals al clear water just meters away from what will eventually be Jackie's front door.
The property is located on a clifftop over looking the ocean in the sought-after beach suburb of Clovelly, which lies 9km from the CBD.
Jackie also took to Instagram on Saturday to share videos of heavy construction equipment knocking down parts of the sprawling mansion.
In one clip, a large crane could be seen demolishing the walls of the original three storey home, which Jackie snapped up for $13.25million in March 2023.
Another clip featured a time lapse of the decades-old six-bedroom house being torn apart stage-by-stage as the site got ready for construction.
'And so it begins,' Jackie captioned the post as she shared her excitement for the build ahead.

Earlier this year, Jackie teased fans with a preview of her amazing design plans for her 'dream home', which is costing the star $5.05million, according to Now to Love.
Taking to her Instagram in February, the KIIS FM star showed off her plans to create a chic living space with a stunning multi-million dollar view of the sea.
Another image depicted a beautiful built-in outdoor pool constructed right on the coastline and surrounded by sculptured gardens and palm trees.
Sharing the snapshots of what she wanted her dream home to become, Jackie tagged prestige architects Madeleine Blanchfield who is behind the impressive build.
The photos, from previous Madeleine Blanchfield projects, provided ample inspiration for Jackie.
A spokesperson for Jackie said that the pictures were 'mock[ups] of options of what her new home will look like'.
Jackie snapped up the property in March 2023 for a massive $13.25million at an open auction.
The house is set back from the road, offering Jackie the privacy she hasn't had on the narrow streets of her former address.

The high-profile media star had previously complained about intrusive paparazzi as the reason for her sale of her past home.
Jackie bought her new home after pocketing a tidy $2million in profit on the sale of her old home in Woollahra, after paying $11million for it in 2020.
Jackie has returned to Australia in recent days after enjoying a sun-soaked pre-Christmas getaway to Thailand.
Jackie has not shied away from sharing an array of photographs from the idyllic trip to her Instagram page in recent days.
One photograph showed Jackie enjoying a swim in the balmy waters of the Phi Phi Islands as she enjoyed the relaxing trip away.
The radio queen showed off her incredible figure as she posed up a storm in a backless swimsuit in the black-and-white picture.
In another shot, Jackie once again flaunted her enviable physique as she posed in a vibrant yellow one-piece while enjoying a day at the beach.
The mother-daughter trip abroad came just days after Kitty celebrated her 14th birthday in Sydney earlier this month.
