Jackie 'O' Henderson, 49, shocks fans after posting AGE-DEFYING photo during Thailand holiday with daughter Kitty: 'Like you're still in your 20s'

Radio Queen Jackie 'O' Henderson shocked fans this week when she shared more stunning photos while on holiday in Thailand.

Jackie, 49, is currently enjoying a pre-Christmas vacation in Thailand with daughter Kitty, 14.

Jackie, who has been documenting the idyllic mother-daughter trip on social media, took to Instagram on Wednesday to share an envy-inducing image.

Taken on the Phi Phi Islands, the black and white image showed Jackie enjoying a dip.

Standing in waist-deep water, Jackie posed with her back to the camera, with her head turned.

Jackie bore a very relaxed and contented grin as she took in the tranquil surrounds.

Wearing a one-piece bikini, Jackie flaunted her enviably slender frame while her wet, flaxen locks cascaded down her back.

Jackie's friends, fans, and followers were quick to gush over the post including fitness guru Michelle Bridges who offered a simple: 'Gorgeous.'

Sophie Monk also chimed in, telling Jackie that she looked otherworldly.

'Omg so fresh and beautiful. You look like an angel,' Sophie wrote.

One fan was quick to fawn over Jackie's irresistible smile with: 'Nothing more beautiful in the world than Jackie O and that million dollar smile.'

Another jumped in saying that Jackie's smile was just the thing to cheer up a gloomy day.

'OMG you are absolutely stunning and hot, love this pic and theirs [sic] that beautiful smile that always brightens my day.'

Another pointed out Jackie's age-defying beauty with: 'How do u look like you're still in your 20s.' 

Jackie saw fit to reply with a self-effacing 'wish' and a laugh emoji, but the commenter would not be dissuaded.

'I'm not kidding,' they replied. 'You look so youthful and glowing in that photo. You're gorgeous, you always have been. Thanks for the reply, sweet of you.'

Jackie also took to her Instagram story on Wednesday to another stunning image, this time in colour.

The photo showed Jackie, clad in a form fitting yellow bikini, looking down at the sand as she stepped out of the crystal clear water.

She shared a second image that showed daughter Kitty sitting on a paddle board that was moored against some rocks. 

Jackie is currently spending some end-of-year quality time with Kitty who celebrated her 14th birthday in Sydney last week.

She shared a throwback photograph of Kitty cuddling up to their pet dog as she gushed over her only child in a caption.

'Happy 14th birthday to the kindest, funniest and most thoughtful girl I know. How did I get so lucky? Love you, Kitty,' Jackie penned alongside the image.

Jackie shares Kitty with her ex-husband Lee Henderson, who she split from in 2018 following a 15-year marriage.

Speaking on her Kyle and Jackie O Show in October, Jackie hinted that a lack of spontaneous romance in their relationship was a catalyst for the split.

'In a marriage, when you have a child keep on top of that every now and then,' she told co-host Kyle Sandilands.

Kyle then suggested the marriage may have been saved if she had spent more time preparing dinners for her husband.

'If you'd have put on a Tuesday taco night it might have been a different ending,' he said. 'Rissole Wednesday?'

Jackie replied: 'I'm not saying that alone saves it, I'm just saying that it is appreciated when you do something nice for your partner.

'Don't become complacent.'

Jackie also gave an insight into the current state of her relationship with Lee, six years after their split.

She confirmed she was on good terms with her former husband, 50.

'I like him still,' Jackie revealed.

'As a person, I get on well with him. We're good. We never have bad blood, Lee and I.'

After Kyle replied with: 'You just never spoke,' Jackie added that the communication lines are well and truly open between the two.

'No we spoke because we co-parent,' she said.

The couple announced their separation in October 2018, but continue to have an amicable relationship as they co-parent their daughter.
