Jacinda Ardern and her husband Clarke Gayford have purchased a multi-million-dollar property in an upmarket suburb of Sydney.
The former New Zealand Prime Minister, who relocated to Australia with her husband earlier this year, recently purchased a $5.3million beachside property in the stunning beachside suburb of Dee Why.
In February, it was reported that Ardern and her husband were house hunting in Australia, joining a growing number of Kiwis moving overseas.
The purchase comes after a spokesperson confirmed the family was basing itself in Australia, placing them in one of Sydney's sought-after beachside areas.
Over the past few months, Ardern has been spotted looking at properties on the city's Northern Beaches.
Details of the sale have been kept private, with the property's address withheld from its current online listing.

The hefty price tag they paid for the property marks the biggest sale in the area this year and more than double the suburb's median house price of $2.5million, according to the Sydney Morning Herald.
The couple have been on the move since Ardern resigned from office in 2023, and they temporarily relocated to the United States the same year.
Ardern, who was prime minister for six years, was also a distinguished fellow at Oxford University in the United Kingdom.
'The family has been travelling for a few years now,' a spokesperson for Ardern told 1News.
'For the moment they are basing themselves out of Australia – they have work there, and it brings the added bonus of more time back home in New Zealand.'
Confirmation of Ardern's move came after realestate.com.au reported she was spotted viewing homes on Sydney's Northern Beaches with her husband and seven-year-old daughter Neve.
