You’ll need 299 Robux to unlock a month of VIP status or spend 799 Robux to unlock it permanently. This translates to $10 for permanent VIP access and roughly $3.99 for the monthly one. If you plan on sticking with the game for a while, the permanent option is the better value.

The most important aspect of VIP is access to the exclusive VIP room in the dressing studio, which features exclusive clothing items such as dresses, skirts, shoes, and accessories.

These are what we consider to be the most notable items in the VIP room:

• The jellyfish skirt
• Floor-length column dress
• Floor-length late-Victorian gown
• Multiple sets of wings
• A sword

These items, in particular, are highly useful for multiple themes. There is also a selection of necklaces, bracelets, and earrings available in VIP for a great variety of jewelry. 

The VIP room also has more private dressing rooms and hair salon seats if you’re worried about someone copying your look.

Is VIP worth the money in Dress to Impress?

Overall, while you get some very nice garments in the VIP room, it’s not worth spending the money for VIP. Many of the outfit pieces there can be duped with free or DTI code items if you know how to use them.

With many items being reworked and plenty of lovely items added in the Halloween and Winter updates, you have more than enough pieces to make a top-tier outfit without needing anything from the VIP room.

I’d recommend purchasing the Custom Makeup add-on instead. It’s only 349 Robux to unlock, allowing you to make your own makeup looks instead of choosing from default ones., manually selecting the eyes, lips, eyebrows, and more. This will get you much more customized looks out of the Custom Makeup than VIP would.
