Is Chicken Shop Date star Amelia Dimoldenberg's new film producer boyfriend the 'toxic ex' Olivia Rodrigo based her most-loved revenge songs on?

Amelia Dimoldenberg's new boyfriend was revealed to be Olivia Rodrigo's ex-boyfriend Adam Faze.

MailOnline revealed last week that the Chicken Shop Date star, 31, and film producer, 27, are dating after they were thought to have met through mutual colleagues and friends.

Since their romance was brought to light, fans have expressed their worry after Adam was branded Olivia's 'toxic ex', who she reportedly based most of her revenge heartbreak songs on.

Previous hits Good 4 U and Drivers License have shown that Olivia has form when it comes to throwing shade with her lyrics. 

Another lyric which could be hinting at her former partner references 'six months of torture,' not far off the believed length of Olivia's relationship with Faze. 

After Amelia stepped out with Adam last week at a London event, fans shared their doubt on X and begged Andrew Garfield to 'do something'.

Some wrote: 'ANDREW GARFIELD DO SOMETHING',

'what do you mean amelia dimoldenberg is dating adam faze',

'out of all the cool girls amelia fell for ADAM FAZE?'

Amelia has long been linked to Spider-Man actor Andrew after the pair were very flirty during one of her interviews.

In February 2022, it was reported that Olivia and Adam split after dating for seven months.

The duo have 'been over for a bit now,' People's source reported.

They were first reported as a couple in July 2021 when they were holding hands at the Space Jam 2 premiere.

Adam made The Hollywood Reporters most influential influencers list in October – as did Amelia.

Here, MailOnline delves deep into the link between Olivia's exes and her lyrics as Adam moves onto Amelia.

Adam Faze 

After her debut album Sour was a global success, Olivia released Guts, with fans suspecting lead single Vampire was about her ex Adam Faze.

The lyrics refer to a 'bloodsucker' using her for fame.

One big potential giveaway will be the lyric: 'Went for me and not her cuz girls your age know better.'

This could be a reference to the age gap, noted by fans when the two were dating, between Faze and Olivia - six years.

Some fans even noted the fact that the release date of the single - June 29, 2023 - was two years after the couple would have been spotted by the reporter who announced they were together.

One was convinced and said: 'Adam Faze she got you good!'

And another even added: 'Adam Faze actually looks like a vampire...'

However, like most artists who sing about their exes, it seems unlikely that we will ever get Olivia's confirmation of who the subject of her new song is.

Zack Bia 

She was briefly linked to Zack Bia, whom were seen together in April 2022 and reported to be dating by June 2022.

At the time, People reported that they were dating for 'months,' and since the Super Bowl - which could place their romance at six months.

In Vampire, Olivia mentions being with someone for six months, which could hint at the inspiration of the song being Zack.

There was speculation that Zack was the 'fame sucker' Olivia was singing about. 

In a September 2023 interview with GQ, Zack said: 'I don’t think it’s really about me. I think the internet just ran with it.'

However Olivia and Zack were reported to have split in August 2022.

Love triangle with Joshua Bassett and Sabrina Carpenter

Prior to Adam and Zack, Olivia was rumoured to be in a love triangle with her High School: The Musical: The Series co-star Joshua Bassett and Sabrina Carpenter.

The heartbreak reportedly inspired her hit song drivers license off her debut album Sour.

The star spoke to People in June 2021 about the hit song and the Sour album.

'I'm just constantly learning and growing at such a rapid rate. I'm writing song and I'm really happy. I'm a lot happier than I was when I wrote that record, which is great.'

Adding: 'I'm a lot more confident, which I think is a good aspect of growing up. We'll see what the next era brings, but I'm excited to start working on it.'

On how she feels that the Sour album being the soundtrack to heartbreak, the artist said: 'It means the absolute world to me. I feel like if a girl writes a song about heartbreak, very often people start criticizing her for feeling those emotions, and only writing about that. I do just love a heartbreak song.'

'I literally wrote breakup songs before I ever held a boy's hand. So, who knows? Maybe I'll continue to do that, or maybe I'll branch out? I just love writing music, and I hope that people continue to listen.'

Current boyfriend, Louis Partridge 

Olivia and her actor boyfriend Louis are rarely seen out and about despite dating for over 1.5 years. 

The stars were first linked in October 2023 while stepping out together in London.

In April 2024, Louis spoke to British Vogue about his world famous and hugely successful girlfriend.

'I think she’s got it a lot worse than I have,' he said.

'I can be a bit of a normal person. She’s got tons and tons of eyes on her case,' he said.

'If there’s a load of people nattering in a room about you, you can choose to put your ear to the door to hear what they say or not,' he said.

Adding: 'I think you’re probably better off not letting curiosity get the better of you.'

When asked specifics about his girlfriend Olivia, Louis kept it short and sweet.

'Dating probably shouldn’t be done in the public eye,' he answered.

'There’s enough going on between two people. You don’t need the voices of thousands of others in your head,' he said.

Louis starred as Enola Holmes and Enola Holmes 2 opposite movie star Millie Bobby Brown.

Olivia attended the premiere of his project Disclaimer in late August 2024 during the Venice Film Festival, marking their first public appearance. 

Days later, the lovebirds went Instagram official, as Louis posted a sweet black and white snap of them to his page.
