Apple announced at its Worldwide Developers Conference in June that it will release iOS 26 (not iOS 19) this fall. That update will bring a new Liquid Glass design, call screening and more to your iPhone, and developers and beta testers can try those new features now. We put together this cheat sheet to help you learn about and use the latest features in iOS 26. This page will also help you keep track of the subsequent iOS 26 updates.
Note that iOS 26 is still in beta, so these features could be buggy or not work properly. We recommend downloading a beta only on something other than your primary device. Because this isn't the final version of iOS 26, the update might be buggy and battery life may be short so it's best to keep those troubles on a secondary device.
There could also be more features to land on your iPhone when iOS 26 is released. Apple said iOS 26 would be released to the public this fall -- likely next month -- but there's no definitive date yet.

There will likely be more betas before the OS is released to the public, so there's plenty of time for Apple to address any issues. As of now, though, there's no word on when Apple will release iOS 26.
