Inside the exclusive billionaire enclave where Zendaya and Tom Holland are spending their first months as a married couple

Zendaya and Tom Holland celebrated their wedding with a small reception at the Beaverbrook Hotel in Surrey in the UK on August 4 after months of rumors they had secretly tied the knot.

But after that the Spider-Man costars have not been seen as they seem to have disappeared from public life to enjoy their honeymoon.

This is fitting as Zendaya told Elle magazine at the start of the year that after she promoted her new projects - The Drama, The Odyssey and Spider-Man: Brand New Day as well as her last season of Euphoria - she was 'going to have to take a little bit of a break.'

Now the Daily Mail has learned that the lovebirds have been nesting in an ultra exclusive neighborhood in Northern California.

The Hollywood actress and the leading man - who are both 30 years old - from the UK have been spending their down time in the bedroom community of Tiburon, which is across the bay from San Francisco.

'There have been a ton of Zendaya and Tom sightings in Tiburon ever since they got married,' a source told the Daily Mail.

'They are often spied on Main Street which is filled with restaurants, cafes, upscale boutiques and even a movie theater, which is actually playing their new Spider-Man movie at the moment as well as her film The Odyssey - that must feel weird for them. It's like their summer of love in a small town.'

The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for both Zendaya and Holland for comment.

The area is ultra luxe. Tiburon has two private yacht clubs, a private tennis club and several parks with the residents having a mean income of $250,000 a year.

There are also two police departments in the area - in Tiburon and its connected island Belvedere - as well as only a two-lane road in and out that keeps traffic down. 

When in Tiburon, Zendaya and her husband act like locals.

'They have been spotted at the restaurant Salt And Pepper on Main Street where they had a cozy hand-holding lunch as she wore sunglasses and a cap to fly under the radar,' a local told the Daily Mail.

'They dined on salads, sandwiches and sodas before leaving a generous tip in cash.'

And in the morning they can be spied picking up cappuccinos at the trendy eatery Malibu Farm or walking their dogs along the Shoreline path, which has a view of San Francisco. They have also been seen dining at the cozy VIP back table inside the bayside Caprice restaurant.

'A lot of people don't recognize them because Zendaya wears wigs and hats, so she doesn't look like herself,' added the local.

'Also, there are a lot of older people here, the median age is like 50, so they don't even know who Zendaya and Tom Holland are. They are like who? What have they been in? They don't have a clue and they don't care.

'Most of the people in Tiburon don't see films like Spider-Man. They read sailboat magazines or check on their financial portfolio.'

And they appear to be more than visitors as Zendaya is rumored to have purchased a house in Tiburon in the $5 million range.

'Everyone thinks she plunked down a lot of money to buy a home with a view of San Francisco,' a second source, who is in the real estate business, told the Daily Mail.

'No one can find the exact address, but it's been rumored that she got a home not too far from where Robert Redford used to live.'

Movie icon Redford - who starred in films as varied as The Great Gatsby and Spy Game - used to own a luxurious cottage on Mar East Drive that had a view of picturesque Angel Island, but he sold the property in December 2024 for $4.65 million before he passed away in 2025.

'There are many stunning mansions in the Tiburon and nearby Belvedere area,' added the source. 'She surely had a lot of gorgeous inventory to choose from that is both modern and private.'

The area is also known for being home to other celebrities such as the late Robin Williams and the late I Love Lucy star Vivian Vance.

Other stars who have owned homes or currently live in the area include musician Carlos Santana, athlete Barry Bonds, writer Isabel Allende and Olympian Johnny Moseley.

There are also some big executives in the 94920 zip code such as Gary Friedman, the chairman and CEO of Restoration Hardware, who custom-built a hillside mansion in Belvedere.

The late billionaire tech tycoon Tom Perkins also owned a big home in Belvedere when he was married to novelist Danielle Steel. 

Stars such as Sharon Stone (who used to own a mansion in San Francisco when she was wed to journalist Phil Bronstein) and Jane Fonda (a close friend of Redford's) have also been spotted in the downtown area. 

Part of the appeal of Tiburon is that the town is only a 45 minute drive to Oakland, where Zendaya grew up.

That is where the star attended Redwood Day School and the Oakland School for the Arts, and also where she trained at the California Shakespeare Theater in nearby Orinda.

At age 13 she started spending time in Los Angeles to pursue a career as an actress, a move she now is not comfortable with as she wishes she had attended high school.

'I don’t know how much of a choice I had,' Zendaya said during an interview with Vogue in 2024. 'I have complicated feelings about kids and fame and being in the public eye, or being a child actor.

'I felt like I was thrust into a very adult position: I was becoming the breadwinner of my family very early, and there was a lot of role-​reversal happening, and just kind of becoming grown, really,' Zendaya also told Vogue.

Mom Claire Stoermer and dad Kazembe Ajamu Coleman were public school teachers in Oakland.

Zendaya and Holland - who met in 2016 filming Spider-Man: Homecoming - were not very forthcoming about getting married.

She did not comment when she was spied wearing a gold wedding band while promoting her movie The Drama in early 2026.

Zendaya's stylist Law Roach let slip in February that he had attended their wedding, but no one knew if he was joking. In June Holland confirmed they had married as he said, 'I found my person, I'm the happiest I've ever been.' Then they held a reception near his UK home in Kingston upon Thames.

Now the two have a long time to enjoy their honeymoon. 

Zendaya will not have to step out in public again until toward the end of the year when she will promote Dune: Part 3. Next year she is set to voice Shrek and Fiona's daughter Felicia in Shrek 5, and she has also signed on to play Ronnie Spector, the frontwoman of American girl group the Ronettes, in Be My Baby, a biopic based on Spector's memoir.

Holland is also set to take on a biopic as he will reportedly play legendary dancer Fred Astaire in a film about the working relationship he had with his sister and dance partner Adele.
