Inside Brielle Biermann's wedding nightmare: As family reels from brother's sex abuse arrest... secret drama with dad Kroy exposed

After three years together, Brielle Biermann is gearing up to say 'I do' to Billy Seidl.

The former reality star, 29, has hinted at her excitement over the impending nuptials to ex minor league baseball star Seidl, 26, even sharing pictures of designer gowns she has tried on for the big day.

But behind-the-scenes, Biermann has been desperately trying to prevent years-long family tensions, mounting legal issues and financial woes from tarnishing what is meant to be the happiest day of her life.

So much so that she has refused to invite her adoptive father, Kroy Biermann, to the wedding, sources have told the Daily Mail.

'He was never invited,' one family insider told us. 'He doesn't even know the date.

'She doesn't want him there because he's going to ruin everything just like he's ruined the family.'

Kroy Biermann will not be attending his adoptive daughter Brielle Biermann's wedding, multiple sources told the Daily Mail

'She doesn't want him there because he's going to ruin everything just like he's ruined the family,' a source told Daily Mail of Biermann's decision

And it appears the feeling is mutual, with a second source claiming Kroy, 41, 'has no interest in being around someone who is not interested in repairing a relationship and can’t take accountability for their damaging behavior.' The source clarified the 'someone' is Biermann.

While the source did not disclose specific details about the alleged 'damaging behavior,' they said it pertains to 'most things that someone would do to another person in a very unhealthy relationship.'

Biermann announced her engagement to Seidl, 26, in February 2024, 10 months after going public with their romance. 'Forever with you,' she captioned the post.

Aside from social media, the couple has been relatively private about their relationship and have not made public statements about any drama with Kroy.

Kroy legally adopted Biermann and her younger half-sister Ariana Biermann in July 2013 when they were 14 and 16, respectively. It came two years after he married their mother, Kim Zolciak, in a televised wedding on their own spinoff show Don't Be Tardy.

The series aired for eight seasons from 2012 to 2021, documenting the lives of Biermann, Zolciak, Kroy, Ariana and the couple's four other biological children: Kroy Jagger also known as 'KJ,' Kash and twins Kaia and Kane.

However, in 2023, both Zolciak and Kroy rushed to the courthouse to file for divorce, and since then, the dark secrets of their marriage have been made public via court documents, police reports, bodycam footage and the press.

They have each hurled serious allegations against one another, with Kroy claiming in court papers that Zolciak has a gambling addiction and that she neglects her children. She has adamantly denied all the claims, but has lost primary custody of her minor children in the process.

As the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star fights to regain custody, she has also accused Kroy in her court filings of being emotionally and physically abusive.

He has denied those allegations and their youngest daughter, Kaia, once refuted to police an allegation Zolciak made about Kroy throwing Zolciak to the ground.

For years, the eldest Biermann daughters have tried to stay neutral and maintained in interviews that they still wanted a relationship with Kroy.

However, more recently, Biermann has seemingly started to side with her mother more in the ongoing feud.

In July, the influencer told TMZ that Kroy 'needs a lot of things' when asked if he needs 'anger management.'

'I don't agree with a lot of the things that he's done,' she said at the time. 'My mom doesn't deserve to be in the situation that she's in, whether somebody believes that or not. It's just a f****d up situation.'

The Daily Mail's insider further elaborated on Kroy's feelings about Biermann, saying: 'Kim is on a level incomparable to anyone and that will never change. Brielle sadly seems to be going down the same path.

'It is very sad.'

Biermann has seemingly started to side with her mother recently. A second source, meanwhile, told Daily Mail, 'Brielle sadly seems to be going down the same path' as her mother

Aside from Zolciak and Kroy's ongoing feud, the family is also dealing with KJ's legal issues

And it's not just Kroy who looks to be missing the big day.

Biermann's brother KJ, 15, is on house arrest and strict court-ordered conditions following his August 2026 arrest for several disturbing felony counts, including child molestation, aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, false imprisonment, and sexual battery against a child under 16.

The teen denied all wrongdoing and pleaded not guilty. A trial date has not been set.

A third source told the Daily Mail that Biermann is not worried about KJ's legal woes taking away from her big day but is closely guarding her wedding plans, as she is concerned about the optics of hosting a big celebration during this time.

Despite all of the drama, the Daily Mail is told the 'wedding planning is in full swing.'

The Daily Mail has contacted representatives for Biermann, Zolciak and Kroy for comment.
