Kristy Scott is letting her roughly 27 million followers know how she’s feeling a month after filing for divorce from Desmond Scott after over 11 years of marriage.
In a video posted to her Instagram and TikTok accounts on Wednesday, the media influencer, 30, was seen shopping for groceries at a Whole Foods Market.
'I’m just trying to figure things out and move forward the best way I can,' Scott said with a sigh as she pushed the cart down the aisle.
She was dressed up in a fancy feathery sweater with her glossy hair framing her perfectly made-up face.
Scott - who boasts more followers than Meghan Markle but still has a way to go before she reaches the Duchess of Sussex's global level of mainstream fame - began her three-minute confessional by saying this was a 'new, unexpected chapter' for her.
‘I'm literally shaking,' she said, holding out her wobbly hand.

'I'm really nervous making this video, but also my nervous system is like shot, it kind of has been for the past month,' the mother-of-two conceded.
Scott shares sons Vance, seven, and Westin, six, with the professional chef and content creator, whom she wed in 2014 when they were 19 and 20 years old.
She filed for divorce on December 30, 2025, alleging infidelity, per People.
As she took her followers past the upscale food chain's fully stocked shelves, she revealed she couldn’t be her usual 'funny, silly' self just yet.
'A lot of you have been asking for my funny, silly videos, but I'm just like not in that headspace... I'm just gonna share with you guys the raw, the real, the ugly, just like how I'm transitioning,' she explained.
She said this was her 'first time' grocery shopping for just her and the boys.
'I was a little excited to go grocery shopping for the first time, 'cause I feel like I can just get like anything I want. Not that I couldn't before, but it just feels a little different,' Scott said.
She picked out pretzels, cereal and pepperoni pizza for her kids, plus ice cream for her because 'I’ve also been snacking really bad at night.'

Scott also mentioned she’s going to visit the fresh food section for some dinners because 'this girl doesn’t know how to cook at all.'
Scott thanked her followers for 'being such a good support system.'
'I don't wanna get emotional, but I kind of feel like this is gonna force you guys to see a different side of me, because y'all always see like my chaotic, humorous side and it's just not in me to do that at this current moment in time,' she went on. 'I can't lie and say that I wanna be flipping around my living room right now.'
Scott shed light on the status of her relationship with her ex, telling followers: 'Thankfully, there's not really any drama right now, so we're in the clear.
'I'm getting a lot of women in my DMs… gone through the same thing... Even if I don't respond, I've read a lot of them and it's definitely helped me,' she added.
Earlier this month, Scott indicated via Instagram that she’s still living in the marital abode.
'Same address,' she wrote on January 14 alongside snaps taken during a photoshoot inside her house including the living room and kitchen. On that occasion, her hair was done in a sleek style and she wore a clingy red dress and matching heels.

On January 10, her ex addressed the split via his Instagram Stories.
'I want to begin by apologizing to Kristy, our family, and everyone who has been impacted by the public attention surrounding this situation,' Desmond wrote.
'Kristy is the mother of my children, and that will always come first. I remain fully committed to being an active, present, and loving parent to our boys, as have always been.'
He continued: 'Kristy and I faced challenges and made sincere efforts to work through them. Toward the end of 2025, I wanted to separate, and I had conversations with Kristy regarding this.'
Desmond admitted that he had made 'choices that I am not proud of' while navigating his separation from his wife.
