EXCLUSIVE: Impression Entertainment has signed award-winning Latin artist DannyLux for management.

Accruing over a million followers on social media since 2019, DannyLux is ascending as one of the most prominent figures in regional Mexican music. Known for his Alternative-Sierreño sound, he last year released his critically acclaimed album Leyenda, earning his second consecutive Latin Grammy nomination for Best Contemporary Mexican Music Album and performing during the live telecast of the awards. He then expanded the project with Leyenda Deluxe, adding four new tracks.

Most recently, DannyLux made his debut on the urban media platform On the Radar, which has featured such major artists as Drake, Big Sean, and Ice Spice.

Born in California to Mexican immigrants, under the name Daniel Balderrama Espinoza, DannyLux began his musical journey at age 7 with a discarded guitar from his father. Inspired by artists like Ariel Camacho and Eslabon Armado, he penned his first hit, “24:7,” at 15, which went viral.

The artist kicked off 2023 with a momentous debut at the Coachella Music Festival, a hometown glory story told through a billboard that went viral, and the mayor of Desert Hot Springs bestowing the keys to his hometown. Around the same time, his work was recognized with nominations from Premio Lo Nuestro and the Latin American Music Awards and he received his first BMI Latin Music Award for his song “Jugaste y Sufri” with Eslabon Armado.

DannyLux broke ground in 2023 as the first Musica Mexicana artist to perform on the popular German-based YouTube music platform A Colors Show and later debuted on NPR’s Tiny Desk.

Founded by Jill Littman and Michael Baum, Impression Entertainment’s roster also includes Edgar Ramirez, Antony Starr, Francois Arnaud, Reid Scott, and María Gabriela De Faría, among others.

DannyLux continues to be repped by CAA and music manager Infinite Games.
