Time is running out – while Black Friday is officially on November 28 (so the end of this week), the sale period ends on December 1, which is Cyber Monday. And most retailers will end their sale on that day, with only a few announcing a sale end date of December 3.
So while you might have more than a week to shop some deals, most of the offers will end in less than that, so don't hesitate to check out any item you've been hoarding in your cart. Now, some retailers might offer better prices during the actual four-day Cyber Weekend sale period, this is relatively rare. So, again, if you're keen on something and the price looks right to you now, go ahead and get it or you might miss out.
I've been tracking all the best Black Friday sales across multiple retailers for two weeks now and I'll continue to do so until December 3 – and maybe even longer if retailers are going to be generous this year.
From the best ereaders to the best TVs, from the best mirrorless cameras to the best smartphones in Australia, the best cordless stick vacuums or the best laptops, and everything else in between – if the tech is worth buying at a certain price, you'll find it here.

Motorola Edge 60 Fusion: was AU$699 now AU$496 at Amazon
One of the best cheap phones in Australia, this Motorola handset is packed full of value if you don't need the latest and bestest phone on the market. For your money, you get a vivid display, impressive battery life and very good everyday performance. Don't expect it to handle heavy gaming, but its plenty for the average user. The Slipstream colourway is cheapest, but the other two are just a dollar more now via the same listing.
Samsung Galaxy S25 (256GB): was AU$1,399 now AU$924 at amaysim
It might be the base model in Samsung's latest flagship range, but in our Samsung Galaxy S25 review, my colleague applauded it for its battery life and premium design. While this might be a better offer than the AU$979 deal on Amazon from a few days ago, you are required to stay on an eligible Amaysim plan to secure this price. Most other retailers still have this phone for over a grand for the 256GB variant.
Samsung Galaxy SmartTag 2 (1 pack): was AU$55 now AU$29 at Amazon
Samsung's alternative to Apple's AirTag was redesigned in 2023 and has been reasonably well received, making it a good Bluetooth tracker for non-Apple users. It'll let you keep tabs on the location of whatever you attach it to and, critically, it works with Android. It costs a little more than a single AirTag at full price, but this discount makes it easy to recommend.
Want a few of these? The 4-pack is down to AU$89, which means a single SmartTag is just AU$22.25.
Apple AirTag (4-pack): was AU$165 now AU$137.95 at Amazon
If you've been looking for a set of tracking tags perfect for the Apple ecosystem, AirTags are your best bet, and although this 16% discount isn't much, it's about the usual offer we've typically seen on Apple's Bluetooth tracker set. This means each tracker is just AU$34.49 and a lot cheaper than just buying a single unit.
Anker 321 MagGo wireless power bank: was AU$63.99 now AU$39.99 at Amazon
Hate carrying cables? This handy little accessory doesn't need them, as it's able to deliver a charge to your iPhone (12 or later) using the magnetic MagSafe tech on the back. The 5,000 mAh capacity is enough to bring most iPhones from 20% back to a full charge, and it’s small enough to slip in a pocket. This is just AU$10 more than the sale price from October's Prime Day sale.
INIU B64 140W 27,000 mAh power bank: was AU$169.99 now AU$99.99 at Amazon
The INIU B64 is one of our favourite power banks, and while this isn't quite the lowest price we've seen (that was AU$95.99), there's still good bang for buck here. The B64 has up to a massive 140W output for fast charging anything from a phone to a laptop or portable gaming device. The large 27,000mAh (99.9Wh) capacity is (just) flight safe, it can charge three devices at once and is backed by a long three-year warranty.
DJI Osmo Mobile 7P: was AU$219 now AU$148 at Amazon
Our reviewer called this phone gimbal "best in class" and it's easy to recommend even at full price. Throw in a 32% discount and you're looking at very steady video capture on your phone. It's also a fabulous Christmas gift that would suit a budding content creator. Filled to the rafters with great features, this is one phone accessory I'd add to my shopping list if I needed a new stabiliser.
Tablets & ereaders
- Amazon: save on iPads, Galaxy Tabs, Kindles, and more
- eBay: eBay Plus members get additional discounts on tablets
- JB Hi-Fi: from iPads to Android epaper writing tablets
- Kogan: Kogan First members save more on tablets and ereaders
Samsung Galaxy Tab S9: was AU$1,299 now AU$578 at Amazon
This is the lowest price we have seen the Galaxy Tab S9 by AU$1, as it was AU$579 during October's Amazon Prime Day sale. It comes with the S Pen, which makes it suitable for artists and notetakers, adding value to what is still quite a powerful slate. Plus, Samsung has guaranteed security updates for the Galaxy Tab S9 until 2028, so it still has a few years of life left in it.
Apple iPad mini (A17 Pro, Wi-Fi, 128GB): was AU$799 now AU$697 at Amazon
Admittedly not a big discount at all, but any saving on an iPad is, I think, worth considering. This compact iPad has a slightly more powerful chip under the hood than the entry-level iPad. With Apple Pencil and Smart Folio support, this 8.3-inch slate is not just portable, but would be a handy device to have if you're working on the go.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE (128GB): was AU$849 now AU$799 at Amazon
Admittedly this isn't much of a discount but it's still a deal worth highlighting because we love the DeX mode for excellent desktop-style browsing, and the inclusion of an S Pen for note-taking and drawing is a game changer. Moreover, don't be fooled by the FE styling because there is some serious grunt under that hood to handle more than just streaming and basic browsing.
Amazon Kindle Colorsoft (16GB): was AU$399 now AU$309 at Amazon
Want to read in colour? The Kindle Colorsoft is one of the best ereaders with a colour display, even offering a feature to make the hues more vivid. As noted in our Kindle Colorsoft review, once you experience a colour ereader of the Colorsoft's quality, it's hard to go back. I'd be hard pressed to recommend it at its full price, but a 23% discount makes that easier to do – this is AU$3 less than its previous best price.
Kobo Libra Colour (Black): was AU$379.99 now AU$318 at Amazon
I think this is the best price I've seen on what is my personal favourite ereader. I prefer the Kobo interface over Kindle and the fact that it's also stylus-ready makes it versatile. You will, of course, need to buy the Kobo Stylus 2 separately. Oh, and if the name didn't give it away, you also get a colour E Ink display which is great for lovers of comics and graphic novels.
Amazon Kindle Scribe (2024; 16GB): was AU$649 now AU$449 at Amazon
Kindles are known for their reading capabilities, but with the Kindle Scribe, you get that and a whole lot more. With a wide range of writing features, you can take notes, create sketches and brainstorm like a pro. I use it every day and love the 10.2-inch glare-free screen that has its own ambient light sensor to adjust screen brightness automatically, and I can't complain about its battery life either.
Audio
- Amazon: shop headphones and Bluetooth speakers
- Apple: buy AirPods and Beats
- Bose: 20% off with code SAVE20 on select products
- Sennheiser: up to 50% off top-rated headphones and soundbars
- Sonos: save on smart speakers and soundbars
Earfun Air Pro 4 (Black): was AU$143.35 now AU$89.90 at Amazon
These affordable earbuds with ANC are brimming with features, including a range of ANC modes, EQ presets and other audio adjustments. They sound good (but you'll want to tweak it from the default) and they'll last up to 7.5 hours with ANC on before they need a recharge. Check out our Earfun Air Pro 4 review for more info and take advantage of this offer.
Sony LinkBuds S: was AU$349.99 now AU$159.95 at Amazon
Smaller and lighter than the WF-1000XM5, the LinkBuds S are an alternative flagship wireless in-ears from Sony. That makes them more comfortable to wear, particularly for long periods. As we noted in our 4-star LinkBuds S review, they're still water resistant and offer both good audio quality and noise-reduction, but the sound isn't quite on par with the WF-1000XM5. They are, however, massively cheaper than the XM5s thanks to a huge 54% discount.
Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 4: was AU$499.95 now AU$249 at Sennheiser
We're big fans of the over-ear headphones version of the Momentum 4, but that's not to say the buds are bad – far from it. Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity, plus higher-resolution codec support go a long way in making these worth every cent. You're also getting a healthy dust ingress protection rating. The sound here is excellent and if call quality is important, the 'AI-improved voice pickup and call virtualisation' using the six mics in total will be a welcome addition.
Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds: was AU$449.95 now AU$278 at Amazon
38% off these fantastic buds is definitely a deal worth checking out what has been one of the best true wireless buds until the second-generation was released. Its ANC performance is par excellence and, being Bose, it doesn't compromise on sound either. Standout is the feature called Immersive Audio that makes a huge difference if you like your music 'surrounding' you.
Bose Ultra Open Earbuds: was AU$449.95 now AU$327 at Amazon
Offering “incredible sound”, the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds have all the power and quality you’d expect from a Bose-branded item while providing the benefits of an open-ear form factor. The Immersive sound is excellent, and there’s also up to seven hours of play time and up to 48 hours of standby time. They simply just work and work very well. While the 27% discount here is good, they were going cheaper at a 37% markdown on the Moonstone Blue and Iridescent Sunset colourways in October.
CMF Headphone Pro (white): was AU$142.79 now AU$102.61 at Amazon
For a set of budget headphones (they have a AU$179 RRP), these are surprisingly good. In fact, they scored 4.5 stars in our CMF Headphone Pro review, with our tester saying they sound "zealous" and have a "bass-hungry sound quality". Trust me, that's superlative terms for saying these are good. At this price, they're hard to beat. Note: this offer is from Amazon UK and will likely change – the white colourway is cheapest, but the grey and light green (pictured) are just a few dollars more via the same listing.
Sony WH-1000XM4: was AU$439.95 now AU$260.95 at Sony Australia
Despite having first launched in 2020, we still think the Sony XM4s offer the best bang for your buck of any pair of over ear headphones available today. They deliver excellent sound, effective noise cancellation, heaps of useful features and they even fold away for easy travelling. At this price, they’re a 100% certified Black Friday bargain. To get the deal price listed, sign up for a My Sony account (10% off) and enter code HOLIDAYSAVE (AU$40 off).
Dyson OnTrac: was AU$799 now AU$399 at JB Hi-Fi
We thought these cans were overpriced in our Dyson OnTrac review, but appreciated that the British brand has done a far better job on its second set of headphones than the Zone. While sound is lovely, there are others who do it better, but just being able to customise the headphones might well be worth the cash.
Sonos Ace: was AU$599 now AU$390 at The Good Guys
Arguably one of the best headphones we've tested with Dolby Atmos support, the Sonos Ace is also one of the better-looking and more comfortable cans. If you've been eying them for a while, this offer is not just the best Black Friday price, but it might just be the lowest price yet on an excellent set of headphones. Make sure to click Price check on the Good Guys website to get the full discount.
JBL Grip: was AU$129.95 now AU$98 at Amazon
The JBL Grip plugs the gap between the smaller Clip and formidable Flip. In our review, we are impressed by the big sound, the impressive protection against dust and water and the nifty LED lighting on its rear. And with up to 14 hours of playback on a single charge, this ain't too bad if you want something cheaper than the Flip 7 or the Charge 6.
JBL Charge 6: was AU$229.95 now AU$177 at Amazon
We gave this new speaker 5 stars in our JBL Charge 6 review and said that if you want big, high-quality sound for a great price, it's unbeatable. We haven't seen much in the way of discounts for the Charge 6 before now and this price is much cheaper than the AU$185 lowest it dropped during Prime Day last month.
Beats Pill: was AU$249 now AU$179 at JB Hi-Fi
The Beats Pill is a sturdy, classy portable speaker that you can use anywhere from the living room to the poolside, thanks to its IP67 waterproof and dustproof rating. It also has a substantial 24-hour battery life, so you can listen for a long time without worrying about recharging. Importantly, it's AU$20 cheaper than it's previous low price earlier this year and available in all colour options from JB Hi-Fi.

Samsung S90F (65-inch): was AU$3,690 now AU$2,470 at Appliance Central
The S90F is the step-down model from the S95F, but in terms of overall performance, there's not a whole lot in it. So, if your budget can't quite stretch to the flagship, you won't be disappointed with this model. Plus, you can get in a larger size for less. You get an Anti-Glare screen, sumptuous colours and a gorgeous, slim design.
LG C5 (65-inch): was AU$3,450 now AU$2,610 at Appliance Central
First off, the list price at Appliance Central is already a discounted amount – the 65-inch C5 retails for AU$4,295. Secondly, this has gone much lower in price in recent months, but if you missed out then, this is still a good discount for what is one of the finest screens to be released in 2025. The C5 continues where the company's excellent C4 left off, serving up superb colours, brightness and contrast, resulting in a TV that's perfect for most homes. It's a good-looking TV and has a wealth of gaming features.
Yamaha SR-B30A soundbar: was AU$499 now AU$309 at Amazon
It's often the #1 bestselling soundbar on Amazon and that doesn't surprise me in the least. It was very well received by experts at its price point when it launched in 2023, and has remained a top option for users too. And at this price, it's a fantastic budget option with Dolby Atmos support, plenty of bass and a wide soundstage.
Sennheiser Ambeo Soundbar Mini: was AU$1,299 now AU$699 at Amazon
It might be mini by name but it's certainly not mini by nature. This Sennheiser soundbar is easy to accommodate and is more than capable of delivering a huge, detailed and precise sound into your room. Its companion app is one of the best around and it does well with music. The only real drawback is that it doesn't support HDMI passthrough.
LG S95TR: was AU$1,699 now AU$1,395 at Amazon
A decent saving here on LG's 9.1.5-channel Dolby Atmos soundbar, making it a deal you really should pay attention to. It's a genuinely great and immersive soundbar. The wireless subwoofer delivers thunderous bass, while the soundbar and rear speakers work in unison to deliver effective and authentic Dolby Atmos soundtracks.
Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K: was AU$99 now AU$59 at Amazon
This upgraded model of the Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K is one of the best-value streaming sticks, especially for Amazon customers who appreciate Alexa. It supports 4K ultra HD resolution, Dolby Vision, HDR10 Plus and Dolby Atmos audio – plus cloud gaming via Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Use it to access popular streaming subscriptions like Netflix, Disney Plus, Paramount Plus and more. This is a decent price, though I have seen it down to AU$49 previously.

Dell 16 Plus laptop | Ultra 7 258V / 32GB RAM / 1TB SSD: was AU$2,099 now AU$1,517.39 at Dell
The Dell 16 Plus launched at AU$2,600, then dropped to AU$2,099 not long after, then AU$1,598.30, and now you can get it for AU$1,517.39 using the code FUTURE5% at checkout. That's not bad for this powerful laptop – especially since it has a 2560x1600 display, plus extras like Thunderbolt 4 USB-C and Wi-Fi 7.
Lenovo Yoga 7i 2-in-1 16-inch | Ultra 7 / 32GB / 1TB SSD: was AU$2,999 now AU$1,899 at Lenovo Australia
This versatile 2-in-1 features the latest Series 2 Intel Core Ultra 7 258V processor backed up by 32GB of RAM and a large 1TB SSD. The 16-inch (2880 x 1800) 120Hz OLED touchscreen display folds back through 360 degrees and works with the Lenovo pen for writing and drawing. You also get extras like an IR facial recognition webcam, dual Thunderbolt 4 USB-C ports and a decently large 70Wh battery. That's a lot of laptop for the money!
Alienware 16 Aurora gaming laptop | Core 7 / RTX 5060 / 16GB / 1TB: was AU$2,599.30 now AU$1,739.83 at Dell
This gaming laptop launched back in early June and has been AU$2,599.6 until recently, but has now dropped to AU$1,999.80. You can now also get an extra 13% off using the code FUTURE13% – bringing the price down to the lowest we have seen. This model only has a TGP of 80W, so it's slower than a 115W TGP RTX 5060, but it's still a reasonable deal for the specs if you want a more efficient but gaming capable machine with a big 16-inch, 2560 x 1600 120Hz display.
MSI MSI Raider 18 HX | Core Ultra 9 | RTX5090 | 64GB | 2TB+2TB: was AU$9,999 now AU$7,499 at Mwave
It comes with a beastly cost, even with a massive AU$2,500 discount, but this is a beast of a machine, too. Basically...it offers the best of everything. That means an RTX5090, an Intel Core Ultra 9 285HX, 65GB of RAM and 2x2TB of SSD storage. Everything else is top-tier, too, including Wi-Fi 7 and a huge 18-inch miniLED screen.

This deal offers you a significant AU$81.99 saving on Meta's best affordable headset, and a close second to its best ever headset according to our resident VR headset tester. In fact, he thinks it's the second-best headset anyone can buy from any brand, and it's only a more tempting offer thanks to this limited-time deal.

PS5 Slim Digital : was AU$749.95 now AU$449 at eBay
This could well be an all-time low for the PS5 Slim digital console. If you've yet to jump aboard the PlayStation bandwagon, you probably won't get a better chance this year. To reiterate, however, this is the digital edition, so no physical games are allowed. Digital copies can often cost more, so you’ll want to factor this in. Be sure to use the checkout code PS5CON for the full discount.
PSVR 2: was AU$649.95 now AU$508 at eBay
If you’ve been hesitant to invest in the PSVR 2 at its full price, this Black Friday deal brings it down to a more accessible price point. Offering a seamless gateway to VR gaming when connected to a PS5, it’s a no-brainer if you're not too keen on the Meta Quest 3S (above).
Samsung Odyssey G5 G55C: was AU$369 now AU$199 at Mwave
You won't find much better than this deal on a curved 27-inch QHD display that boasts a 165Hz refresh rate. While you'll have to spend more for 4K resolution, it also offers HDR10, AMD FreeSync and a 1ms response time. It's a great pick up you're looking to upgrade your gaming (or work) station on a budget.
Gigabyte M27Q2 QD: was AU$449 now AU$349 at Mwave
Another QHD 27-inch display, if you're wondering what you're paying for compared to the model above, it's "super speed". While it doesn't turn you into the flash, it foes boast an incredible 210Hz refresh rate to make sure you're hitting all the snappiest headshots – as well as Gigabyte's Quantum Dot Technology and four-sided cooling.
Lenovo Legion R45w-30: was AU$1,299 now AU$899 at Amazon
If you're looking for a mixture of size and speed under the AU$1,000 price bracket, look no further than this behemoth. 44-inches of 170Hz curved screen to lose yourself into, and at AU$899 it's a bit of a bargain right now. The 5120 x 1440 resolution is also damn handy for those who will use it for work and play
Gamesir Nova 2 Lite: was AU$59 now AU$47.20 at Amazon
An already-great budget option gets even better with this Black Friday discount. It can connect via both 2.4GHz wireless and Bluetooth, has a 1000Hz polling rate, and drift-free Hall Effect analog sticks. It can level up your gameplay, too – with back buttons and trigger stops.
Corsair K100 Air wireless gaming keyboard: was AU$489 now AU$335 at Amazon
The most striking feature of this mechanical keyboard is its thinness, but it also comes with the promise of sub-1ms latency and 8,000Hz hyper-polling. In our review we praised the K100 Air's durability, great actuation and high polling, while bemoaning the high price of this slab. And yeah: it's expensive, but this discount helps with that.
JBL Quantum 100M2: was AU$59.95 now AU$38 at Amazon
JBL’s Quantum 100M2 gives new gamers an easy, low-cost way into headset audio. You don’t get many add-ons, but you do get steady low latency sound and a boom mic that keeps your voice clear in chat. While we have seen the headset slightly cheaper before, this is still a solid deal.
SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7 Wireless: was AU$399 now AU$258.26 at Amazon
One of TechRadar’s favourite multi-platform headset, this model is brilliant for switching between PC and console effortlessly via its handy USB-C dongle. In our SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7 Wireless review, we applauded the headset for its neutral sound quality, long battery life, fast charging and customisation via the Sonar app. Our only major criticism was that it’s a little pricier than what we would have liked – not that you'd have to worry about this with such a saving.
Video games
- Amazon: discounts on consoles, games and accessories
- eBay: savings from retailer eBays stores like EB Games and The Gamesmen
- JB Hi-Fi: save on PlayStation, Nintendo, and Xbox games
Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2: was AU$99 now AU$49 at JB Hi-Fi
Perhaps the best RPG of 2025 alongside Clair Obscur, this is a fantastic discount if you've been holding off on trying it out. It's unforgiving in combat, with a near sim level of dedication to reality. It's also happens to be one of the prettiest games you can play on PS5.
Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater: was AU$109 now AU$79 at JB Hi-Fi
We said in our Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater review that it's "still as incredible as the original". That's because its basically the same game, in the best way possible. In fact, it was one of the positives in our review, alongside its gorgeous visuals and incredible story. It does offer minor tweaks to gameplay, too.
Ghost of Yōtei: was AU$124.95 now AU$94 at Amazon
"One of the best games I’ve played this year" is what our tester had to say in our Ghost of Yotei review. Its as stylish as the original – from cinematography to its map – with a beautiful, dense world, top-tier environmental design and an intriguing story to go with its incredibly smooth combat.
Monster Hunter Wilds: was AU$44 now AU$29 at JB Hi-Fi
While it's regularly available for AU$44, it was only earlier this year that AU$89 was its normal price. A divisive game, if you've been a fan of the series, or are looking for a game to play with a group of friends, this game's a fun time.
Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed: was AU$99.95 now AU$29 at Amazon
Looking to grab a little one something to play for Christmas this year? It's hard to go wrong with anything Mickey. This faithful remake promises to bring the magic of Disney to life in a vibrant 3D platformer – sending Mickey Mouse on an epic journey through a realm of forgotten Disney characters.
Split Fiction: was AU$69.95 now AU$39 at Amazon
Do you want to ride a dragon, become a sausage and sizzle on a bbq or beat a monkey in a dance battle? Split fiction offers all that and a whole heap more. We fell in love with its (almost) endless array of game mechanics, stunning level design and epic crescendo that seamlessly blends cinematics and gameplay in our Split Fiction review. In terms of co-op gaming, it doesn't get better.

Dyson V8: was AU$799 now AU$375 at Dyson Australia
The V8 might be Dyson's oldest current model, but it's the best option on a budget if your heart's set on the British brand. This V8 model ships with three additional tools besides the main Digital Motorbar and this lightweight vacuum will give you up to 40 minutes of runtime, so is better suited to smaller homes.
Shark PowerDetect Cordless: was AU$599 now AU$375 at Amazon
It's the auto-emptying version of this cordless vacuum that I rank as the #1 best vacuum in Australia, but if you don't need that feature, this is arguably one of the best deals I can recommend on a powerful machine. You'll get up to 70 minutes of runtime, plus a bendy wand to get under furniture, and there's dynamic suction for the best clean possible. Note that while Amazon only calls it a 6% discount, that is from the previous discounted price, and it was AU$599 at Amazon just a few days ago.
Roborock F25 ACE: was AU$650 now AU$499 at Amazon
This Roborock wet-dry vacuum will leave your hard floors sparkling clean thanks to powerful suction and effective cleaning. It can get up close to edges and the whole body can lay completely flat to help getting underneath tricky to reach places. This standout deal is equal to the lowest price we have seen. Note that while Amazon claims the discount from the RRP, the F25 Ace was selling for AU$650 before this drop.
Shark PowerDetect Clean & Empty: was AU$999 now AU$619 at Amazon
With powerful and dynamic suction, plenty of attachments and an auto-empty charging dock, this is arguably the best value non-Dyson cordless vacuum right now. And there are no ongoing expenses here either because you won't need to buy dust bags. Just be sure to wash out the dust box in the dock and let it dry fully before popping it back for use again. While often sold around the AU$750 price point, this is the cheapest we have seen the PowerDetect Clean & Empty.
Dyson V15s Detect Submarine Absolute: was AU$1,549 now AU$794 at The Good Guys
Dyson’s original wet-dry cordless vacuum has dropped to a record-low price – and it's not even Black Friday yet! Well, you have to jump through a couple of hoops to get that discount, but hey, you can't tell me it's not worth it. It will work as a standalone vacuum or as a standalone mop, meaning it will suit most households with mixed flooring. It does both remarkably well, but watch out for the dirty-water dripping out of the Submarine cleaning head after you've finished your chores. Use the price-beat option at The Good Guys and this could be yours for just AU$783.
Ecovacs Deebot X11 OmniCyclone: was AU$2,999 now AU$2,479 at Amazon
When it comes to innovation in robot vacuums, I think the latest flagship in the Ecovacs range is the highlight. It's the world's first robovac to have fast-charging capabilities so it can work for longer, plus its base station completely does away with dust bags, reducing your ongoing costs. It can even wash the roller mop while it's fully soaked in hot water. It's still an expensive robot vacuum, but there's nothing quite like it right now – not at this price.

GoPro LIT Hero: was AU$419 now AU$369 at JB Hi-Fi
I wasn't expecting to see a discount on the Lit Hero because it's newly launched, but let's not kick a gift horse in the face, shall we? With 12MP on top and 4K video capabilities, this GoPro gets you up to 100 minutes of capture on a single charge, plus a lot of the features the brand is known for at a lower price than the Hero Black series.
GoPro Hero13 Black: was AU$649.95 now AU$497 at Amazon
There's no denying why a GoPro is so popular, and the Hero 13 Black has been one of the best action cameras on the market for a long time now. If you've been holding off to get one to capture your summer (mis)adventures in glorious 4K, this discount makes it a lot more approachable, and saves you some cash to spend on mods. Note that this is sold by a third party company, not Amazon direct.
DJI Osmo 360 (Standard Combo): was AU$759 now AU$568 at Amazon
DJI's first 360 camera made headlines recently and I wasn't expecting a discount so soon after launch, but even 15% off is welcome as it's quite an expensive little camera. Packed to the rafters with features, including 8K capture for up to 100 minutes or 4K/120p slo-mo, this waterproof shooter could well be the only action camera you need.
Fujifilm X Half: was AU$1,349 now AU$798 at Amazon
Officially, this film camera-inspired digital version is called the X-HF1, but it made headlines as the X Half. If you're a film photography buff but don't have the cash to spend on rolls (and the subsequent processing of the negatives), this is one offer not to be missed.
DJI Mini: was AU$499 now AU$399.36 at Amazon
This is DJI's entry-level drone, which is why it doesn't have a number against its name, and yet it gets you plenty of exciting features to get you started in aerial photography. It weighs under 250g, offers 4K video capture, gets you up to 31 minutes of flight time. It even has a 10km transmission range. In fact, this might make for an lovely Christmas prezzie for a young photographer. Note that this offer is from Amazon Japan.

Fitbit Charge 6: was AU$259.95 now AU$162.86 at Amazon
The Fitbit Charge 6 is one of the simplest fitness trackers around, but it works very well. It has a small screen that shows the time, how many steps you’ve taken, and your current heart rate as well. It’s subtle, so it fits on your wrist well – whether you’re at work or working out. Extensive battery life of up to seven days means minimal hassle, too. If you're willing to get a German import, it's a fantastic bargain.
Samsung Galaxy Watch6 Classic 47mm (Black): was AU$749 now AU$299 at JB Hi-Fi
Samsung makes some of the best Android smartwatches in the market and the Galaxy Watch6 Classic is currently the cheapest way to get that experience. While it might be two generations behind, with this deal the Watch6 is at least AU$100 cheaper than the current entry-level Watch FE, and AU$122 cheaper than the base Watch8. Moreover, the Watch6 Classic offers a huge range of features and isn’t lacking for performance thanks to an Exynos W930 processor, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. It beats the Watch FE in most categories at a cheaper price – so we know which one we’d be choosing.
Garmin Forerunner 255 Music: was AU$729 now AU$374 at JB Hi-Fi
If you have a triathlete or endurance athlete in your life that’s looking for ways to save on what can be a surprisingly expensive sport/hobby, this fantastic Garmin smartwatch deal will get you 50% off what would certainly be a welcome addition to any runner’s gear bag. The Forerunner 255 Music has many of the core features found in Garmin’s even more expensive offerings, like built-in GPS, the ability to listen to music stored on the device, and even Garmin Pay, enabling you to leave your phone while out running but still tap-to-pay to buy that coffee on the way home.

Samsung Galaxy Ring: was AU$699 now AU$399 at Amazon
The Samsung Galaxy Ring is a worthwhile fitness device for folks that don’t like the feeling of a watch. Water resistant at up to 100 metres and available in three colours, the Galaxy Ring can track steps, sleep, heart rate and more. It comes with a charging cradle, with the Ring capable of lasting up to seven days on a full charge. Remember to try the sizing kit first.
Ultrahuman Ring Air: was AU$599 now AU$417 at Amazon
This smart ring differentiated itself from players like Oura and Samsung by being a more lightweight and comfortable option, weighing in from 2.4 grams for its smallest size (compared to Oura’s smallest size 4 ring at 3.3 grams). The Ultrahuman Ring Air does have the usual sensors found in this price range – heart rate, movement, sleep, skin temperature, etc – but what stands this one apart is the very thorough data presentation in its companion app. Note that only size 8 in one colour variant gets a bigger discount, all other sizes are down to AU$417 via the same listing.

TP-Link Tapo P100 mini smart plug: was AU$22 now AU$15 at Amazon
This little smart plug will turn any old lamp or small appliance into a smart one. Just plug in your kettle or a lamp and you can use the app or Google and Alexa voice commands to control said device. You can set timers, create schedules and more, depending on what you plug into this adaptor. It's already quite affordable at AU$22 a pop normally, but why not save a few dollars?

Blink Outdoor 4: was AU$99 now AU$39 at Amazon
Launched locally exactly a year ago, the Blink Outdoor 4 is an affordable home security camera from Amazon with the ability to last up to two years off two AA batteries. It comes with an easy-to-use app and fairly good camera quality via a 1080p lens, and can store video when paired with a Blink Sync module. And this is a record-low price for a single unit.
Ring Video Doorbell Plus: was AU$249 now AU$149 at Amazon
There are video doorbells aplenty, but this one stands apart from the crowd by allowing you to see more. It promises to show you a head-to-toe image of who's at your door, and will do so in colour even at night. It also features motion detection and two-way talk. If you get a Ring Protection subscription, you'll also get notifications when a package getting delivered is within a specified zone. The 40% off here is not as good as previous 50% off deals, but still great value overall.
Philips Hue Play (2-pack): was AU$239.95 now AU$149 at Amazon
The Philip Hue Play bar light will amplify your lounge room setup. And given the two-pack makes more economical sense to pick up, you place one on either side of your telly to create some stunning backlighting. While you will need a Hue Hub (sold separately) if you want to sync or screen mirror, the Play can still create quite the ambience on movie nights.

De'Longhi Dedica Arte: was AU$299 now AU$188 at Amazon
This compact manual coffee machine can pour up to two espresso shots at once and features a steam wand for cafe-quality milk foaming. There's no built-in grinder, but you either use ground coffee beans or invest in a separate grinder using the cash you save with this deal.
Breville Barista Express (BES870): was AU$699 now AU$588 at JB Hi-Fi
Breville's Barista Express coffee machine makes for a great all-in-one espresso machine that doesn’t need you to spend a fortune. While this model does occasionally drop down to around the AU$560 mark, we’re happy to recommend it with this AU$111 discount off the RRP, which isn’t too far off that. The Barista Express’s beautiful design and powerful integrated burr grinder (with 35 grind settings), helped it earn top marks from our reviewer.

Ninja Air Fryer Pro XL (4.7L): was AU$149 now AU$89 at Amazon
This air fryer offers fantastic value for money at this price – snagging you a decent 4.7L capacity that allows you to cook entire meals for small groups of people. It's also easy to use with preset cooking modes and uses dishwasher-safe parts for easy cleaning.
Sunbeam Multi Zone Air Fryer Oven: was AU$299 now AU$189 at Amazon
This airfryer has hit a new all-time low at this price, beating its previous record of $193 for this year's Amazon Prime Day in July. Needless to say, it's a bargain at this price. It's capable of cooking in separate zones, complete with separate trays to maximise the space or one huge 11.4L zone. Food is roasted to perfection, whether it's a full chicken or small portions of fries or vegetables. It does have multiple accessories to keep clean though.
Philips 3000 Series dual basket air fryer (9L): was AU$349 now AU$198 at Amazon
We haven't tested Philips' dual basket air fryer, but considering how much we've loved the brand's other kitchen appliances, it's hard to not make a mention of this offer. This 9L air fryer has drawers of different sizes, which makes it easy to cook a main and a side together, and promises to sync cooking times if needed.
Ninja Crispi: was AU$299 now AU$249 at Amazon
Not quite the price drop I was hoping for Black Friday, but then I can't really remember seeing any kind of price drop on the Crispi before. And I've been keeping an eye on it because I've wanted one for a while. If you're like me and want to this glassware air fryer, I think this is the best it's going to be. Available in two colour options – Cyberspace and Stone – for the same price on Amazon.
Ninja DoubleStack (9.5L; white): was AU$599.99 now AU$259 at Myer
Securing a spot on our list of the best air fryers, our reviewer said this innovative model from Ninja was the "air fryer of my dreams". It takes a familiar double drawer design, but stacks them on top of each other, resulting in a smaller footprint. Performance is exemplary, but just make sure the food you put in isn't that big, as the drawers themselves are on the smaller side at 4.75L each.
Ninja Swirl by Creami: was AU$549 now AU$394 at Amazon
This is the Creami on steriods! OK, that's a touch dramatic, but this ice-cream maker not only does what the original Creami offers, but adds in a soft-serve unit as well, one that has 6 programs. So, in total, there's 13 one-touch presets now available on the Swirl. So go on, indulge on those healthy (or not so healthy) cold desserts year round.
Other appliances
- Amazon: low prices on fans, purifiers, stand mixers and more
- Dreame: AU$600 off the AirPursue
- Dyson: save up to AU$400 on premium purifiers
- Shark: exclusive offers on fans and purifiers
Shark FlexBreeze with InstaCool Misting: was AU$299 now AU$199 at JB Hi-Fi
There are a couple of varaints of the Shark FlexBreeze fan and my pick is the one with the misting attachment. It costs AU$50 more than the standard version, but that attachment could prove handy at your next backyard barbie. And it can run on battery for up to 24 hours. It will even convert into a tabletop or portable fan with the press of a button. A handy remote is also in the box.
Dreame AirPursue: was AU$1,599 now AU$999 at Dreame
Remarkably similar to the Dyson Big+Quiet, Dreame's AirPursue is doesn't just cool and purify, it can also work as a heater – so better value for money here. Built to work in large spaces (up to 175sqm), it's got a motion sensor, so it can automatically switch on if it detects anyone (even your pets) in the room.

- Dyson: save on premium multi-stylers, dryers and straighteners

Philips OneBlade 360: was AU$99.95 now AU$49.99 at Amazon
Offering one of the most fuss-free shaves, the Philips OneBlade 360 is a nigh-on essential tool for any man's grooming routine. The cutting blade itself can move in any direction, ensuring constant, comfortable contact with your face to remove your beard entirely, while an included guard comb allows you to trim your facial fuzz to a desired length.
Manscaped The Beard Hedger: was AU$159.99 now AU$111.99 at Amazon
Whisk away facial hair in one smooth motion using Manscaped's Beard Hedger beard trimmer. With 20 length settings, edge trimming capabilities and a fully waterproof body, you'll be perfecting your stubble in no time. We have seen this trimmer go lower in price before, but we think it's such a talented performer that we felt compelled to include it here.
Philips Sonicare ProtectiveClean 4300: was AU$129 now AU$79 at Amazon
While Philips' DiamondClean series brushes are premium, the ProtectiveClean ones are a little more affordable – they're both sonic brushes though, so gentler on the gums. This particular model has a handy feature that will remind you when you need to change the brush head. It also has a pressure sensor to tell you if you're pressing too hard.
Oclean X Ultra S: was AU$449.95 now AU$199 at Shaver Shop
I've been using this sonic toothbrush for over a year now and I've often been scolded by it for not brushing quite right. Yes, scolded. This is a talking toothbrush that I didn't know I needed. While I prefer oscillating brushes, this one is unique. It uses bone-conduction tech to provide vocal feedback in real time so you brush exactly you ought to. It's cutting-edge stuff in oral hygiene and you'll get three replacement cleaning heads in the box too.

Oral-B iO 7: was AU$579 now AU$199 at Amazon
Cheaper than the 63% discount we saw during Amazon's October Prime Day sale, this would be my pick of the best Black Friday electric toothbrush deals. It's a smart brush that harnesses the power of AI to recognise your personal brushing style and provide feedback via the companion app to improve it. It also features a pressure sensor and an interactive display, plus comes with a magnetic charging stand.
Philips Sonicare DiamondClean 9000 (2-pack): was AU$619 now AU$269 at Amazon
This is one of the best sonic electric toothbrushes money can buy and it's now at the lowest price we have seen on Amazon. If you didn't know what a 'sonic' brush it, it's quieter and gentler than an oscillating electric toothbrush (like Oral-B). The DiamondClean 9000 has 4 cleaning modes, and one of them gets you 3 intensities. And this value pack gets you a his-and-hers version, plus the glass is actually the charger.
Shark FlexStyle (BYO bundle): was AU$349.99 now AU$249.99 at Shark Australia
It was the multi-styler that began the Airwrap-dupe trend and now it's slowly fading away from popularity with newer models from Shark itself and other competitors joining in. I use it myself and even though the Airwrap would be the better styler, I can't deny its overall value. In this package, Shark allows you to pick three attachments you'll need most (trust me, you won't use more than that), so you can build your own bundle.
Dreame Dazzle: was AU$499 now AU$249 at Amazon
This Dyson Airwrap alternative is a solid deal as it has not been discounted before now on Amazon. It comes with a digital display and hotter heat settings than the Airwrap, as well as attachment recognition for the ideal settings for each.
Dyson Supersonic Nural: was AU$749 now AU$497 at Amazon
This hair dryer has a plethora of sensors that make sure your scalp remains healthy, automatically adjusting heat and airflow depending on how far away the dryer is from your head. You also get a bunch of magnetic attachments for a styled blow dry too – this hair dryer won a TechRadar Gadget of the Year Award in 2024, so it's well worth considering.
Dyson Airwrap i.d.: was AU$849 now AU$695 at Amazon
The Airwrap i.d. has briefly been as low as AU$598 in the past, but this is the cheapest deal going now. According to TechRadar's Home Editor, this is the best hair styler tool, hands down, with the curl.i.d switch being the game changer here. It's still a big investment and the price may drop further during Black Friday proper.

Desky Pro+ ergonomic chair: was AU$699 now AU$599 at Desky
It would have been nice to get a slightly better discount than this but, at this price, it's not bad for a chair with some decent ergonomic setup. It's fantastic for all-day comfort and support, but some of the material used does look cheap. Still, we have one in the TechRadar Sydney office and it is well liked.
Desky Swivel 3D Tilt chair: was AU$379 now AU$341.10 at Desky
It's not a huge discount but this is quite an affordable chair already and, what sets it apart from others on the market is that it tilts marginally in all angles. This allows the seat to move with you, encouraging micro movements that can add up over the day and promote better health and burn a few extra calories. It's ideal for thinner people but you won't get much in terms of back support.

Steelcase Series 2: was AU$1,129 now AU$790.30 at Steelcase US
One of the best office chairs that we've ever tested, the Series 2 is perfect for those who want a chair they don't have to worry about – offering supreme comfort while you stay focused on the task at hand. Earning 4.5 stars in our Steelcase Series 2 review, we loved how customisable its support was, as well as the breathability of its mesh. Plus, we thought it was pretty affordable at its original price. Use the checkout code BF2025 to secure the full discount.

Steelcase Karman: was AU$2,099 now AU$1,511.28 at Steelcase US
Currently our pick for the best mesh chair in Australia, the Karman is unique in that its frame is pretty much a single piece. It also doesn't have too many manual adjustment points because it's designed to adjust in real time with your body movements. The mesh is also very high quality, making it very breathable indeed. The only real drawback we could find in our Steelcase Karman review was its price. Down by nearly AU$600, this "one of a kind" chair is significantly easier to recommend with our exclusive FUTURE2025 discount.
