Shopping for myself? OK, guilty. I've been eyeing an Oura ring for several months now to upgrade from my Apple Watch SE 2. I still have to order a sizing kit and make a final decision, but this offer highly entices me. Oura is directly discounting its Ring Gen 4 by up to 30% depending on the finish you're looking at, through Dec. 1, so it's likely Amazon will do the same. Wearables expert Nina Raemont has consistently ranked the Oura Ring at the top of ZDNET's best smart ring list, and it proves itself over and over as a winner. It's also ZDNET's top-selling smart ring of 2025. 

As soon as I determine my size, I'm highly debating purchasing one for myself as a gift.

This isn't a tech product, but it's one of my most frequently used items of all time. My Stanley tumbler was worth every penny I spent, and I paid full price. It's ludicrously capricious, sure, but as a WFH employee, it's an excellent way to keep myself hydrated during the day and encourage drinking more water. Hydration, of course, is crucial to physical wellness, which is why I feel justified in including this deal on the list. Plus, when tons of colors in both the 30-oz and 40-oz variations are on sale for 50% off, it's too good to pass up. 

I already purchased three of these -- one to gift this Christmas and two others to use later in the year as gifts for other events. I've gifted these several times and always love filling them with small goodies. Everyone loves them because they keep drinks cold and are completely dishwasher-safe, and they last a long time with proper care. You can't beat getting one for $20.

Amazon has tons of Shark FlexStyle variations on sale, and even the competing Dyson Airwrap is on sale. My Mom has been subtly hinting that she'd like to receive a Shark FlexStyle for about a year now, and this limited edition Blossom Bliss bundle feels like the perfect one. It's not one of the most premium packages, but it offers 5 attachments and a carrying case and comes in a beautifully festive pink, which feels perfect. Over my time covering sales, I've seen the Shark FlexStyle for as low as $200, but $230 is excellent for this particular bundle.

Like the Oura Ring Gen 4, I've been eyeing this Hatch Restore 3 for a long time. My coworker, Allison Murray, says it's totally changed her sleep, and as someone always looking to upgrade my personal routine and achieve my best sleep, I am really tempted. 

It requires a subscription to take advantage of its full suite of features, so I'm holding out to see if this drops lower during Black Friday, though its unlikely as I've never seen Hatch offer more than $30 off on their latest model.

All four sizes of the Bio Ionic long barrel curling iron are on sale for around $110, which is a great price. Although this iron is admittedly pricey, it works phenomenally well. Contrary to what the name suggests, it's not only for people with long hair. These irons are 2 inches longer than average curling irons on the market and feature a proprietary Ion Generating Complex that helps create a more effortless and longer-lasting style, as well as improved reach. 

I suck at curling my hair, and the 1-inch model has been a lifesaver, even on my average-length hair. I saved up my Ulta Beauty points last year to purchase mine, but I totally would have jumped on this deal had it existed when I was looking. I may very well scoop one of these up for my best friend to upgrade her Revlon curling iron, which has seen better days (hopefully she's not reading this).

This one is odd, I won't lie. I rarely miss a night wearing my retainer, and it gets pretty gross. This ultrasonic cleaner changed my life.

Zima's ultrasonic cleaner is compatible with various oral appliances and can be used with either water or a combination of water and Zima's cleaning tablets. I use cleaning tablets with the Zima pod a few times a week, but I pop in my retainer for a daily cycle with just water every morning. This has reduced buildup on my retainer, making it easier to manage. It's pricey (and HSA/FSA eligible), but so worth it, and I think it would be a welcomed benefit to anyone who wears an oral appliance that requires routine maintenance. I haven't seen it for below $85, so this matches its typical discounted price, and I will be gifting one this year to make my loved one's morning routine just a bit easier.
