If self-gifting isn't part of the holiday season, I simply don't wish to partake! (I'm kidding . . . kind of.) If I'm being honest, I usually prioritize shopping for loved ones only this time of year, keeping my eyes on everything from viral TikTok products I know my family members would go nuts over to everyday home essentials that would actually make their lives easier. But where does that leave me? I like presents too!
While I think my family and friends have a fairly good sense of my lifestyle and personal aesthetic, there are wish list items I probably won't share, either because of the price tag, or simply because it would feel so good to self-indulge and gift these things to myself. There's an undeniable boost of confidence that comes with buying yourself something you really want and will appreciate — and there's nothing wrong with that. In fact, I know that when I buy myself the recovery tools inside this gift guide, it will only motivate me to train harder and stay consistent when it comes to achieving my personal health and fitness goals.
Of course, there are a few luxurious accessories in this gallery that I don't necessarily need, but really love — so much so that I've found myself thinking about them more than once, from Coach's Lana Shoulder Bag, which would make a great addition to my boho-inspired outfits; to the Lost Pattern silk sleep set that would make traveling a lot more enjoyable. Ahead, check out the items I can't wait to shamelessly gift myself this holiday season.

Did You Stretch Tho by Hannah Corbin ($28, originally $30)
As a longtime Peloton devotee, I was so excited to see that instructor Hannah Corbin released a book and 52-card deck about one of the most important aspects of being an athlete: stretching. Having been through many injuries as a runner, I've happily welcomed stretching into my routine and it's made such a difference. This is the type of self-gift that I know I'll use to motivate myself after each and every workout I complete. The 52 stretches she shares are even divided into categories, from targeted body parts to warm-up-specific exercises.

Wims Ginger Lime Pocket Tonic ($32)
If you know me, then you know I love a good THC product for winding down at the end of the day. However, despite all the drink mixtures and seltzers I've tried, I had yet to come across a fresh flavor that doesn't retain the faint taste of cannabis. The Wims Ginger Lime Pocket Tonic changed that. When I mix it into plain seltzer, I actually feel like I'm drinking a Moscow Mule — it's delicious. And with a 4mg THC:4mg CBD ratio, the buzz is really subtle and calming. Rather than reaching for a Diet Coke at the end of the day, this is my new go-to, and I'm gladly re-upping on this stocking-stuffer-friendly essential for the holidays in lieu of alcohol.

Lost Pattern "Lost Cherries" 3 Piece Silk Gift Set ($139)
Lost Pattern makes some of the most luxurious, silkiest accessories on the market in my opinion. When I saw the brand launched this delicious three-piece set in cute patterns, I was instantly charmed. My personal favorite is, of course, the cherry embroidery, but there's a festive "Evergreen" pattern if you prefer something seasonal, and "Pan Pan" for poodle lovers. The set comes with a sleep mask, scrunchie, and pillowcase crafted from 90 percent mulberry silk and a touch of spandex. I plan to use it for long-haul flights and weekends away.

Beast Mighty 850 Blender ($149)
Three words: Best. Purchase. Ever. Yes, I already own the Beast in this fun terracotta shade, but I think the Mist colorway is my new favorite. Firstly, the strength is undeniable, and the fact that it's plug-in means it never has to be charged. I love how easy it is to twist off the top once my beverage is fully mixed, then twist on the sip cap to begin drinking when I'm whipping up a smoothie. And if I'm making a dressing, I use the same top for an easy pour onto salads. The machine doesn't start until all pieces are fully secured and locked in place, so all messes are entirely avoided. I honestly don't think a day goes by when I don't use mine. You can read our editors' Beast Mini Blender review for even more thoughts about the everyday kitchen essential.
Editor Quote: "Other apartment-friendly blenders I've used in the past aren't able to deliver that creamy consistency, but instead have random chunks left over, which makes for an unpleasant smoothie experience. It performs as well as a higher-end model like a Vitamix, but without the clunky design.
Unlike other blenders on the market, this has simple controls: a pulse mode or a blend mode. I sometimes use the pulse mode to grind down greens or fruits if I fill it to the brim or if there are too many textures, but I usually let it sit on blend mode while making my morning coffee. The Mini Beast Blender is also probably one of the chicest kitchen appliances I own, and guests always ask about it." — Anvita Reddy, former assistant shopping editor

Foam Roller
Therabody Wave Roller ($180)
Foam rolling is equally as important as stretching after a run, because it allows you to relieve muscle tension and soreness on an even deeper level. The Wave Roller is a slightly more advanced product because it vibrates to assist in the process and the texture carved into the foam adds extra dimension to help you massage your body at varied angles, while also providing traction. It's one of those essentials to purchase for yourself if you're really dedicated to becoming a better runner. You can read my full review of the Therabody Wave Roller for more information, but it's all the confirmation you need that I back Therabody as a go-to, quality brand for self-gifting.
In fact, I also have my eyes on the newly-launched Therabody TheraFace Mask Glo ($380), which is a dermatologist-approved, FDA-cleared LED skin-care mask that combines red, red + infrared, and blue light therapy with a relaxing scalp massage in 12 minutes — how many red light products have you seen that can do all that? (Also, yes, Kendall Jenner is the face of the product's campaign).

Sydney Morgan For Syd Strong Single Initial Single Earring ($266, originally $295)
I've been really trying to step up my stud game because I have a lot of unused holes that line my ears — anyone else? I feel like an "S" initial in my cartilage is exactly what my "earring party" needs right now. I'll always be a yellow-gold metal devotee, but you can also shop the 14-karat design in silver or rose gold. The number one reason this is my pick of all jewelry brands? 20 percent of all proceeds from the sales of this stud are donated to SydStrong, an organization that raises money and awareness for young adults with leukemia.

Coach Lana Shoulder Bag 23 ($395)
A hobo bag will always be cool, but given the boho trend's resurgence in fashion this season, this one will have a special place in my closet. I love the small but noticeable signature "C" hardware at the bottom corner, and it's really the perfect size, whether you prefer to wear it crossbody with the detachable strap, or carry it from the top handle. The brass/warm brown suede is described as "velvety" soft, though you can also shop it in five different neutral leather finishes. While I don't often buy myself a bag for the holidays, Coach comes at a contemporary price point and the brand is really having a moment when it comes to personality-infused must haves. I may even tack on this Coach Small Pretzel Bag Charm ($95) as a nod to my love for New York.

Omnilux Contour Face ($395)
Out of all the antiaging products I've started to use, my red light therapy essentials have to be my favorite. The Omnilux mask is lightweight, FDA-cleared, and HSA- and FSA-eligible. It uses red and near-infrared LED wavelengths to help rejuvenate skin, fade pigmentation, and improve firmness. Sessions are 10 minutes long, so I tend to reach for it when I'm multitasking — folding laundry while watching TV in the evenings, for example — but if I really want to soak in some "me" time, I actually love making red light therapy part of my meditation.
When I can lay under my Celluma Face ($795), another FDA-cleared product, it's a real treat. I try to wind down and decompress from the day under this flexible "dome," which emits even stronger wavelengths (blue: 465nm / red: 640nm / near-infrared: 880nm), and offers two settings, including acne and wrinkles, both at 30 minutes per session. Honestly, I'd recommend self-gifting either product, depending on what type of person you are and whether or not you like to lay down or keep moving during a session.

Higherdose Infrared Sauna Blanket ($699)
This sauna blanket has been on my wish list for as long as I can remember, and this is the year I'm finally giving in. The beloved recovery product can be used in the comfort of your own home via an easy plug-in, and it's said to support muscle recovery, ease joint tension, and even calm your mood. It's layered with amethyst and tourmaline, and the infrared heat supports glowing skin and collagen production. Our former editor is a fan; you can read more in her Higherdose Infrared Sauna Blanket review.
Editor Quote: "The blanket was comfortable and roomy enough that I could easily adjust my legs — I even crossed and straightened them out again. I was glad the zippers also worked from inside the blanket so I never felt trapped. As for the heat, this blanket got hot. Not only did I quickly become drenched in sweat, I could feel how hot the bottom of the blanket was through my clothes. I didn't feel like I would get burned, but I definitely understood why I was instructed to be fully clothed . . . I felt rejuvenated — like I'd had the perfect cup of mood-boosting coffee. My muscles also felt less tense. And, yes, I still got a satisfying sweat." — Angelica Wilson, former associate fitness editor

Dyson Airwrap Co-anda2x™ Multi-Styler and Dryer Straight+Wavy ($750)
It may cost me a pretty penny, but I have been pining for a hairstyling tool that can help me achieve both wavy and straight styles. My hair is getting longer, and I'm not planning on cutting it any time soon, so something that can promise zero heat damage is worth the splurge. This next-level pack has six-in-one versatility with the ability to
dry, curl, wave, straighten, smooth, and volumize strands with 30 percent more power than ever before. My favorite perk is that it's compatible with Bluetooth — you can answer a handful of questions about your hair in the Dyson app, and it'll pump out a personalized automated styling sequence, tailored to you and the product you own.
