Hulu’s ‘Love Thy Nader’ To Return For Season 2 In Winter With New Showrunner

Love Thy Nader, the reality series starring tabloid favorite and Baywatch reboot castmember Brooks Nader, is plotting its return.

The series, which follows Nader and her sisters, was renewed for a second season last year. At the time, Deadline revealed that it was searching for a new showrunner following the departure of Rachel Tung.

Ailee O’Neill, who has exec produced series including Peacock’s Paris in Love and E!’s Honestly Cavallari, now has taken that job.

It comes after Deadline also broke the news that the show has a new production company in the shape of 32 Flavors, run by Vanderpump Rules exec producer Alex Baskin.

The second season of Love Thy Nader will return for its second season in the winter.

The first season, which launched in August, follows Brooks, Mary Holland, Grace Ann and Sarah Jane Nader in New York City, set against the backdrop of Soho lofts and fashion campaigns, exploring the question of what it means to “make it” in the city, having come from the Louisiana bayou. The series explores the group moving in together, launching a fashion line, going on vacation in Miami and dealing with health problems and startup issues and breakups.

Brooks Nader has been a tabloid fixture since her split from Dancing with the Stars’ Gleb Savchenko. She also has been romantically linked with a lot of men including Tom Brady, The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ Dakota Mortensen and Shaun White as well as two tennis stars – Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz — during the U.S. Open.

She is also starring in Fox’s upcoming reboot of Baywatch.

The series is produced by 32 Flavors in association with Walt Disney Television Alternative, Kimmelot and Smoking Baby Productions. Exec producers include Baskin, Jimmy Kimmel, James “Baby Doll” Dixon and Brandon Panaligan with Hampton Story and Scott Lonker serving as producers.
