Hugh Jackman set to go public with 'girlfriend' Sutton Foster imminently... more than one year after split from his wife Deborra-Lee Furness

Hugh Jackman has reportedly been dating Sutton Foster since he split from his wife Deborra-Lee Furness in September 2023.

And the Australian actor, 56, is finally set to go public with his new girlfriend in the coming weeks, according to New Idea.

The Wolverine star is believed to be planning to step out with Sutton at his upcoming With Love concerts which he begins on January 24.

'They are talking about going public sometime in the next few weeks, which Hugh is both excited and nervous about,' a source told the publication.

'Hugh is feeling really positive about what 2025 will be.'

The insider claimed Hugh spending Christmas in Australia while Sutton remained in the US 'gave him clarify and proved what they have is real'.

'He has promised this year he will focus on exploring their future together,' the source added.

Hugh and Sutton's romance has reportedly continued to flourish away from the spotlight, with the pair recently reaching a heartwarming family milestone with Sutton's adopted daughter, seven.

'Hugh has met Sutton's daughter Emily - she even calls him 'Uncle Hugh'!' a source told New Idea last week.

However, Hugh's ex-wife, Deb, is said to have been 'seething with rage' over the pair's rumoured new romance.

Hugh and Deb, 69, confirmed their separation after almost three decades together in September 2023.

It has been claimed that Deb was enraged at being 'the last to know' about his relationship with Sutton.

According to Radaronline, Deb was especially unimpressed with Hugh's close friend Ryan Reynolds and his wife Blake Lively, who both allegedly 'kept quiet' about the rumoured romance.

'They kept their lips sealed out of loyalty to Hugh,' a source told the publication.

'Now she is seething with rage over being the last to know, Deb feels blindsided. She has a memory like a steel trap and isn't afraid to use it.

'Debs feels cheated by all three because someone could have told her what was happening and they all chose to keep their mouths shut,' they added.

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Deb and Ryan's representatives for comment.

Hugh and Sutton took on the roles of Harold Hill and Marian Paroo in The Music Man, which ran from February 2022 to January 2023 at the Winter Garden Theatre in Manhattan.

The pair have attended public events together, stepping out at the opening night of their show The Music Man on Broadway in February 2022.

In September 2023, Hugh shocked fans when he filed for divorce from Deb.

'We have been blessed to share almost three decades together as husband and wife in a wonderful, loving marriage,' the couple said in a joint statement.

'Our journey now is shifting, and we have decided to separate to pursue our individual growth.'

Meanwhile, Sutton filed for divorce from husband Ted Griffin in October.

The Tony-winning Broadway star and the Ocean's Eleven screenwriter, 53, split after 10 years of marriage, according to Page Six.

The Younger actress filed for uncontested divorce in New York County Supreme Court. 

The Grammy nominee currently stars as Princess Winnifred in Lear deBessonet's Broadway musical revival of Once Upon a Mattress, which runs through November 30 at the Hudson Theatre in Manhattan.
