Watch Monte-Carlo Masters 2026 live streams, as the first big tournament on clay comes around for the European leg of the season. There's plenty riding on events at the Monte Carlo Country Club, too, with Jannik Sinner knowing he can usurp Carlos Alcaraz at the top of the world rankings if he wins the tournament.

Sinner is fresh from completing the Sunshine Double after victories at Indian Wells and the Miami Open. Not only that, the Italian has won his past 34 sets at Masters 1000 events to extend his own record and – after missing much of the 2025 clay-court season because of a doping violation – has no ranking points to defend.

That means Alcaraz is struggling to hold onto his No.1 spot, especially after failing to make it beyond Round 3 in Miami. The 'Sincaraz' duopoly have take two tournaments each this season – as has Daniil Medvedev – to lead the way. Alcaraz, though, is the better, more natural player on the dirt and will be doing everything in his power to hold onto that top spot.

Elsewhere, Alexander Zverev will again hope to depose one of the big two when it matters, despite debilitating recent defeats by the big two, while Lorenzo Musetti's clay-court specialism makes him a decent outside bet, not least after taking defending champion Alcaraz to three sets in last year's final.

Novak Djokovic, though, won't feature. The Serbian is trying to rest his creaking body since losing in Indian Wells and will return to the tour later in the clay-court season.
