If an episode of Saturday Night Live that features Ariana Grande and Stevie Nicks sounds stellar, you should set aside time on Oct. 12.
The late-night sketch show is celebrating a milestone 50th season. Following the duos of Jean Smart and Jelly Roll and Nate Bargatze and Coldplay, the upcoming show includes Grande as host and Nicks as the musical guest. Future host and musician pairings include Michael Keaton and Billie Eilish (Oct. 19) and John Mulaney and Chappell Roan (Nov. 2).
If you want to be there for the opening monologue, new sketches and Weekend Update, you can stream the show on Peacock or a live TV streaming service with NBC. Here are more details on how to watch the anniversary season of the iconic series without cable.
When to watch Ariana Grande and Stevie Nicks on Saturday Night Live
You can watch the Saturday Night Live season 50 episode with Grande and Nicks on Saturday, Oct. 12, on NBC or Peacock at 11:30 p.m. ET (8:30 p.m. PT). You can stream the episode live regardless of which Peacock subscription you have, according to Peacock.
Peacock has every past SNL season available on-demand. You can also opt for a live TV streaming service like YouTube TV or Hulu Plus Live TV to watch on Saturday evening without cable. Just make sure your live TV streamer of choice includes NBC in its channel lineup (here's a detailed breakdown of each of the major streamer's channel offerings).
You can choose from two Peacock plans: $8 per month or $80 per year Peacock Premium and $14 per month or $140 per year Peacock Premium Plus. Both will let you watch SNL live.
YouTube TV is a live TV streaming service that gives you access to NBC and Saturday Night Live and runs $73 a month. You could also get Hulu Plus Live TV, but starting in October, it'll cost $10 more than YouTube TV.
Want NBC but don't want to pay the price of YouTube or Hulu Live? If you're located in a select city (you can check here), you can get the channel through Sling's Blue plan, which costs $40-$45 per month.
