2 weeks ago 6

It's not Christmastime without Charlie Brown -- A Charlie Brown Christmas, to be specific.

The holiday TV special premiered in 1965 and kicked off the Peanuts holiday special trend. A tried-and-true classic for the holiday season, A Charlie Brown Christmas follows everyone's favorite glum hero, Charlie Brown, as he wrestles with the materialism that comes along during Christmas. In an attempt to discover the real meaning of Christmas, he steps in to direct the holiday play and gets a scrappy little fir tree that'll prove to be the gift that brings the friends together.

For years, fans could watch the iconic special on network television. Not anymore. Apple acquired the rights to the Peanuts, which means every episode and special can be streamed only on its platform.

You can still watch it at no cost. Read on to find out more about how you can watch A Charlie Brown Christmas for free.
