You can unlock Hyper Mode for all of the regular stages in Vampire Survivors by diving into them and defeating certain bosses only available after the 25-minute mark. Unlocking it for all Bonus and Challenge maps not featuring it from the get-go, however, will demand unlocking a certain number of Hyper Modes.
