James Bond must make $100,000 during "The Past Never Dies" mission in 007 First Light to pay for his and Greenway's entry into Barkhad Ali's auction. Although both are MI6 agents, they don't have all the funds to complete the mission and successfully infiltrate Barkhad Ali's auction. Thankfully, Aleph's market is a great place to make money — if you're willing to pay the price.
How to make $100,000 in 007 First Light
During "The Past Never Dies" mission, there are six ways for you to earn money. To reach $100,000 quickly, you should focus on "The Crypto Wallet" side mission first, which rewards you with $50,000. Next, complete "The Jewel of Jahari" and "Shooting Range," since they are the shortest ones and each gives you $30,000.

Because you need to pay a fee to participate in the last two activities, you'll need to earn some money beforehand. While you could pickpocket mercenaries in the area, you would still need to complete one of the longer missions to make up the remaining $40,000 after finishing "The Cup Game" and the "Shooting Range." To save time, it's better to just go through the "Crypto Wallet" first, giving you enough money to pay for the other activities and still have enough for the auction fee.
How to make money in Aleph in 007 First Light
While following a more optimized order of activities will save you time, each one offers its own story that is worth experiencing. However, you won't be able to see them all. After you have obtained the amount required to put Bond and Greenway in the auction, you can't try the remaining activities.
So, if you want to make your own list, here are all the activities in Aleph to make money in 007 First Light:
"The Jewel of Jahari" ($30,000)
"Shooting range" ($30,000)
"The Crypto Wallet" ($50,000)
"Fighting pit" ($60,000)
"Scorpius" ($52,000)
Pickpocketing ($3,100 each)
Below, you can find more details about each activity.
'The Jewel of Jahari'

Reward: $30,000
"The Jewel of Jahari" is the best and fastest option to earn money for the auction. The idea is to play the cup game at Aadan's booth, which costs $3,500 a try. Aadan is located in the first corridor you enter after Greenway tasking you to find a way to make money. If you can choose the right cup, you earn a jewel you can sell for $30,000 at the pawn stall. This is a simple game, but you don't need to play fair. Activate your Q-Lensright as soon as you accept paying the fee so you can identify the cup the rock is under.
'Shooting range'

Reward: $30,000
Like "The Jewel of Jahari," the shooting range requires an entry fee ($3,000) to participate. If you can pay for it, then this is another great place to earn a good amount of money. The shooting range stall is located in the area after the tunnel. To win, you must hit 10 targets without missing. And, yes, you can use "focus" to make aiming easier. If you end up missing a target, don't worry. You can try as many times as you want.
'The Crypto Wallet'

Reward: $50,000
If you head east, through the tunnel near the fighting pit, you will find a man talking on the phone. Eavesdrop on his conversation to learn about a crypto wallet which you can steal and transfer the money to yourself. This method involves a few steps and completing a whole infiltration segment as you try to reach an antenna for Moneypenny to do her hacking magic. .
'Fighting Pit'

Reward: $60,000
You find the entrance to the fighting pit to the south of the market's initial area. The fighting pit offers the highest payout among the options available in Aleph. However, it's not that simple. First, you must go through a few interactions to convince the ring leader that you know how to fight. Then, you will need to win three fights. Defeating the first opponent shouldn't be much of a challenge, but the difficulty escalates a bit in the second and third matches. If you enjoy the game's combat, you can guarantee most of the money you need for the auction with this side mission.
'Scorpius'

Reward: $52,000
The Scorpius side mission is the longest on this list, and its payout isn't at the same level as the one offered by the fighting pit. Even so, you may want to consider doing this one if you enjoy infiltration missions. To begin, head northwest and look for a corner where there are a few aquariums in the market's initial area. Position yourself to eavesdrop on a conversation between two mercenaries part of the Scorpius group. From there, you will have to collect more info to get the money from Scorpius' sale, fight more mercenaries and sell some items of questionable origin.
Pickpocketing

Reward: $3,100 each
Pickpocketing isn't the most optimized method to make $100,000, but it is fun to distract your targets and get their money. However, you can only pickpocket specific NPCs. As you explore the market, use your Q-Lens and you will spot some mercenaries carrying money bundles. Distract them with your gadgets, then get closer to pickpocket their money. If you're only a few thousand short to complete the mission, this is a good way to earn the money you need.
