Nyafia is a Dark-type creature introduced in the Feybreak update for Palworld. Nyafia is a strong choice for both fighting and managing your base. This Pal has a good balance of attack and defense, making it effective in battles against Neutral creatures, especially with its strong Dark-type moves. It's a great Pal to keep and use throughout Feybreak Island, but it's of more use in your base.

Nyafia's attacks also have poisonous effects that can weaken enemies further in fights. Still, it's a personal choice whether to keep it for fighting. Nyafia is great for base activities because it can work well in crafting, gathering resources, lumbering, and transporting items, making it a valuable helper for tasks like creating items and collecting resources.

Where To Find Nyafia In Palworld

Nyafia's Regular & Alpha Locations

Nyafia is a Dark-type Pal introduced in the Feybreak update, and you can find it in a couple of ways in Palworld. The easiest way is just to find it at the entrance of Feybreak Island. The best route to get to Feybreak Island will land you on the beach, and if you go further into the island, you'll see plenty of Nyafia Pals walking around in the grass.

Nyfia is generally really tame and doesn't immediately chase down the player. I walked around it plenty of times, even aiming at it to get pictures, and it never bothered me. It did attack me once when I got way too close, so it's better to get the first shot in if you're trying to capture Nyafia. Otherwise, Nyfia won't bother you if you don't bother it.

Another option is to capture the Level 57 Alpha Pal version of Nyafia on Feybreak Island. This boss is located at the coordinates (-1112, -939), northwest of the Shield Dragon Tunnel teleport point where you can get Silvegis. You should be at least level 54 to take on this Alpha boss. There's also no guarantee that you'll be able to catch a boss that you find, especially because you need high-level spheres.

How To Catch Nyafia

Recommended Character Level: 54

Successfully catching Nyafia doesn't change much, whether you're fighting the level 57 Alpha or the regular Pal in Feybreak Island in Palworld. The regular Nyafia Pals are all over level 50, so make sure your character is around level 54 so that you have enough health and attack power to survive Nyafia’s attacks. They are also not affected by great or regular Pal Spheres.

The bare minimum to catch Nyafia is an Ultra Sphere, and they don’t work very well. So, your best bet is to use Ultimate Spheres or Legendary Spheres to improve your chances. Since Nyafia is a Dark-type, using Dragon-type Pals like Jormuntide, Astegon, or Relaxaurus will help you in battle. Try to stay back because it will direct its attention back to you from your Pal if you get too close.

When fighting Nyafia, be careful not to deal too much damage, or you might accidentally defeat it. Use weapons with moderate damage; for instance you can make a Meowmere and use it to lower Nyafia's health to a level where you can capture it safely. When you think the time is right, use your Pal Sphere to try and capture it.

Breeding Nyafia in Palworld is a good way to get this strong Dark-type Pal without having to catch it. You can breed Nyafia by combining different Pal pairs, giving you a Dark Egg that hatches into Nyafia. Some effective parent combinations are the following pairs:

One of the benefits of breeding is that you can pass on good stats and special skills from the parent Pals to their baby Pals. To make the best Nyafia, choose parents that have high attack or defense stats and useful skills, like Lucky, Ferocious, or Musclehead for attack, and Burly Body, Masochist, or Hard Skin for defense. After you get the Dark Egg, put it in an incubator and wait for it to hatch into Nyafia.
