How to complete the King of the Court challenge in BitLife

Do you aspire to become a professional athlete one day? BitLife’s King of the Court challenge is here to test your volleyball ability while befriending your enemies and going on vacation. You might also be trying to live the life of your favorite anime character, which is also completely acceptable.

BitLife King of the Court challenge guide

BitLife’s King of the Court challenge has five tasks to complete:

Be born a male in Japan
Become captain of the volleyball team
Turn an enemy into your Best Friend
Go to the gym 10+ times
Go on vacation to Brazil

While becoming a professional volleyball player requires the Athlete special career pack, becoming a school sports team captain doesn’t. You can complete this entire challenge without spending money. However, you’ll need some persistence and patience with a few of these tasks, particularly the enemy to best friend objective.

Be born a male in Japan

The first task of BitLife’s King of the Court challenge is to be born a male in Japan. This one is quick and easy: when creating a new character, choose Male as your starting gender and Japan as your country. The exact city or town doesn’t matter as long as you meet these two requirements.

If you own BitLife’s athlete career pack, you can also choose Athleticism as your special talent. Although not required to complete the challenge, it’ll make it much easier for you to excel in sports, raising your odds of becoming your school’s volleyball team captain. As long as you’re proactive in practicing, though, you’ll be okay without it.

Going to the gym and becoming a volleyball team captain

Once you have your new character, age up until he’s old enough to go to the gym. You can find the gym through Activities and Mind and Body. You’ll need to visit here ten times anyway, so you might as well start early.

Your athleticism will rise as you go to the gym, making it easier for you to join your secondary school’s volleyball team. To do this, head into your school menu, select Activities, and scroll through until you see the volleyball team. If it doesn’t appear right away, you can either drop out and try again or create a new character and repeat the process.

Upon finding your secondary school’s volleyball team, sign up for tryouts to officially join. From here, you’ll need to practice every year until your coach asks you to become a captain.

Turn an enemy into your Best Friend

While your character is in school, you’ll have access to a list of classmates to befriend. Choose anyone you’d like and befriend them before heading into your Relationships menu. Here, you can select your friend, tap their name, and change your status to Enemies.

Your relationship bar will instantly drop to zero percent, and your ex-friend will refuse to speak to or spend time with you. Your key to befriending them again is gifts. More specifically, you’re looking for a BitLife Bitizenship Membership. Although this usually costs real money, the gift version only costs $5 in-game cash. Close and reopen the menu until you find this to significantly raise your friendship, making it much easier to talk to your enemy.

Giving your enemy more gifts will make them more open to talking to you. Once your friendship bar is maxed out, turn your status into Best Friends to knock out this objective.

Go on vacation to Brazil

The last task of BitLife’s King of the Court challenge is to go on vacation to Brazil. To do this, age up until your character turns 18 before going to Activities and Vacation. Close and reopen the destination menu until you see Brazil before booking a trip. It doesn’t matter what flight class you pick; it’ll be expensive regardless, so save up some money first. Once you take a trip to Brazil, you’ll complete the final task of the challenge and receive a mystery prize box.
