How to complete the Baby Boomer challenge in BitLife

It’s time for another BitLife challenge that tests your ability to raise a family without running into trouble. During the Baby Boomer challenge, you’ll travel worldwide and have babies in various countries. Surprisingly enough, the hardest part is affording these travels.

BitLife Baby Boomer challenge guide

BitLife’s Baby Boomer challenge has five tasks to complete:

Be born a female in New York
Become a nurse
Have five or more babies in New York
Have five or more babies in Argentina
Have five or more babies in Italy

Fortunately, becoming a nurse will help you generate enough income to take care of your children at first. Beyond this, you have free rein to make money by any means necessary to fund your traveling.

Be born a female in New York

During BitLife’s Baby Boomer challenge, your first goal is to create a female character born in New York. To do this, select your starting gender as Female, your country as the United States, and your place as New York. Having the Golden Piggy Bank can help you later, but you don’t need it if you don’t own it.

Once you create your new character, age up and avoid partaking in criminal activity. Since we need to become a nurse and emigrate to various countries later, having a clean record will make things much easier. You’ll also want to keep your smarts stats high and graduate from secondary school without any major issues.

Although the nurse task is next, I recommend starting the babies in New York task as soon as possible. You need 15 total, and your character has a physical time limit, so having at least one or two children before becoming a nurse will help give you a head start. Just be careful not to have too many right away unless you can afford it.

Become a nurse

After your character graduates from secondary school, it’s time to become a nurse. To do this, apply to university and get a nursing degree before entering Nursing School. If you don’t see nursing in your program list right away, close and reopen the BitLife app or age up and recheck the list. It might take a few tries, but it’ll show up eventually.

Alternatively, you can use a Golden Diploma to get your nursing school certification. It’s not required for the challenge, but it’s another option if you already own this item. Otherwise, you can go through the usual process of graduating from university, entering Nursing School, and finishing this second program.

Once you graduate from Nursing School, search your job list until you find a position as a nurse. From here, applying for the position and passing the interview will knock out this objective and set you up for some money-making.

Have five or more babies in New York

The easiest of the three baby-related tasks in the Baby Boomer challenge is to have five children in New York. It doesn’t matter if you do this with flings or a committed partner, as long as your character has five kids while living in New York. The Golden Pacifier makes this a cakewalk, but you’re not required to use it.

By the time you become a nurse, you should already have at least one or two children to make things easier. The more children you have, the faster your bank account will drain, so we’ll want to work quickly here. Thankfully, your income from being a nurse will help.

From here onward, I’d recommend finding other ways to make money, such as marrying someone wealthy, pursuing a higher-paying job, or even becoming famous if you have the means to do so. Aside from this, having five babies in New York just requires getting pregnant and having kids until you have at least five. For the sake of time, having twins and triplets will make things easier, but it isn’t required.

Have five or more babies in Argentina and Italy

Once you have five kids in New York, it’s time to start emigrating. You can emigrate to Argentina and Italy by heading to Activities, Emigrate, and choosing either Argentina or Italy, depending on what appears first. You’ll need a few thousand dollars for this, so take a year or two to make extra money if needed.

From here, the process is the same as it was in New York. Move to a country, have some kids, and emigrate to your third location. If you start to run low on money, find a high-paying job or wait for a few kids to turn 18 and move out so you can recoup your bank balance. Just wait your age, as female characters lose their ability to have kids by around age 45-50.

Having five kids in Argentina and Italy will complete the last two tasks, marking the end of BitLife’s Baby Boomer challenge. You’ll receive a choice of four mystery prize boxes, rewarding you with a random cosmetic item for your characters.
