How Taylor Swift fans knew her mind was on Travis Kelce even as 2025 Grammys kicked off

Taylor Swift gave her boyfriend Travis Kelce a social media shoutout ahead of the 2025 Grammy ceremony.

The songstress delighted fans after they spotted her 'liking' an Instagram post featuring her boyfriend.

A joint post by The Chiefs, Kelce, and NFL showed the football tight end arriving into the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport ahead of the Super Bowl.

'Big Yeti in the Big Easy!' the post was captioned, referencing Kelce's nickname of 'Big Yeti.'

The post featured photos and video of Kelce emerging from his aircraft, dressed in a gold 'Palm Angels' tracksuit and Super Bowl XXXI hat. 

The post apparently earned a 'like' from none other than Kelce's girlfriend Ms. Swift - and the show of approval did not go unnoticed by fans. 

Numerous fans pointed out Taylor gave the post a 'like' on the day of the Grammys, where she was up for numerous awards.

Swifties also couldn't help but notice that both Kelce and the singer were wearing the Kansas City Chiefs colors that day, as Taylor headed to the Grammys in red. 

'Taylor wearing red at grammys, Trav is gold. Representing Chiefs,' another pointed out. 

'So Trav in gold and his lady in red, go Chiefs!' one wrote.  

'It’s the “liked by Taylor Swift” for me,' one wrote. 

'Me Taylor and Travis were on Insta at the same time,' another noted. 

'Taylor liking her mans pic is so cute,' one posted. 

'TAYLOR LIKED!!!! Love that she’s on her phone before Grammys,' one noted.

'Taylor you should be at the Grammys,' another posted. 

'Taylor was quik like is girl not suposed to be on the red carpet rn?' another mused.  

The post also reminded fans that Kelce would be unable to attend the Grammys with Swift due to the upcoming Super Bowl, which will see his Kansas City Chiefs take on the Philadelphia Eagles next weekend. 

Despite his absence, Swift's outfit at the awards show included several nods to her NFL partner.

The biggest nod to her man could be seen in Taylor's risque wardrobe choice, as she made her entrance in a daring red sequinned mini dress.

The eye-catching ensemble also seemed to pay tribute to the NFL tight end's team, the Kansas City Chiefs, as it was done up in a similar shade to the team's red colour scheme.

Taylor's red dress featured a corseted midriff, and the singer–songwriter had a plunging ruched neckline that transitioned into a single shoulder strap.

The dress' short skirt was also ruched and folded in eye-catching layers, and it was draped to create a hint of a slit over her left thigh, which drew the eye to her glittering 'T' on a chain with tear drop–shaped crimson jewels.

The T was no doubt another homage to Travis, and the star worked with celebrity jeweller Lorraine Schwartz to design the chain.

Though the T could potential stand for either Taylor or Travis, ecstatic Swifties quickly used her song lyrics as 'proof' it refers to her football-playing boyfriend.

In 'Guilty as Sin?', a track from The Tortured Poets Department, Taylor sings 'what if he's written "mine" on my upper thigh' - seeming to signal a shoutout to Travis.
