Hollywood height report: Kourtney Kardashian, Kristen Bell and Mila Kunis are MUCH shorter than their men

Most couples are around the same height in Hollywood: women average around 5ft7in while men hover at about 6ft.

In the United States, the man is about five inches taller than his lady love in 92 percent of the matchups, which seems to be a high percentage. 

But still there are some men who are much taller than that when standing next to their female partners.

Will Smith, Travis Barker, Dax Shepard, Ashton Kutcher, Chris Hemsworth, Machine Gun Kelly, Jason Momoa, Joe Manganiello and Jeff Goldblum all have about a foot more of height than their better haves.

Even when their beauties slip into platform sky-high heels, they still are far from eye level.

Here is a look at some of the most height-different couples that Tinseltown has seen in recent years. 

WILL SMITH & JADA PINKETT SMITH 

Will and Jada Pinkett Smith have a big height difference; Will is 6ft2in and Jada is 4ft11in.

Though the couple has been living separately since 2016, they are still married and continue to spend family time together.

The actor, 57, and talk show host, 54, were seen happy together in Paris in late January.

The stars are parents to daughter Willow, 25, and son Jaden, 27 - who has taken on a big role in the fashion industry as Men's Creative Director for Christian Louboutin.

Will and Jada last had a public reunion last year in September while celebrating her birthday at the Beverly Hills hotspot E Baldi. The pair also grabbed a lowkey lunch at Nobu in Malibu at the time as well. 

A couple months later in November 2025, The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air alum was spotted with Jada as well as his ex-wife Sheree Zampino in a rare social media photo.

Sheree shared Instagram snaps to celebrate her son Trey's 33rd birthday. She welcomed Trey with Will during their past marriage. 

The actor used to have a strained relationship with Trey but they have since reconciled in recent years. 

KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN & TRAVIS BARKER 

Kourtney Kardashian is approximately 5ft, while Travis Barker is generally cited as being around 5ft9in.

The 46-year-old reality TV star best known for Keeping Up With The Kardashians and The Kardashians married Barker, 50, in 2022. They also have a son named Rocky Thirteen.

They now share a blended family consisting of Kourtney's three kids with ex-boyfriend Scott Disick and Travis' three kids with ex-wife Shanna Moakler.

In addition to Rocky, the Lemme founder is mom to Mason, 16, Penelope, 13, and Reign, 11.

Meanwhile, the Blink 182 drummer is dad to Landon, 22, Alabama, 20, and stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya, 26. 

Last year she talked about breastfeeding when she discussed how she maintains her energy as a busy mother.

'How do I get my energy? Honestly, I have no idea. I wonder that. I do no alcohol. I'm breastfeeding,' she shared.

Her pal Simon Huck then said, 'You were a matcha girl before.'

The Kardashians star then replied, 'I cannot wait to have matcha again. It's a choice. I technically could have it, I think, while breastfeeding, but it's just become a choice.'

KRISTEN BELL & DAX SHEPARD

Kristen Bell is 5ft1in and and Dax Shepard is 6ft2in.

That means even if Bell wears seven inch heels on the red carpet, she will still look shorter than the comedian.

Bell and Shepard met in 2007 and started dating soon after. They wed in 2013. 

The actors have two children together, Lincoln, 12, and Delta, 10. They do not show their children's faces on social media or take them to red carpet events.

Last year the couple talked about their brief split at the beginning of their romance.

The breakup was explored in their 2012 movie Hit And Run, which was written by Shepard and based on his relationship with Bell.

Their kids did not like hearing about this. 'They were very upset,' Shepard said. 'And what made me happy is they were mad at mom, not me.' 

He then joked, 'They thought mom was a bitch. They thought dad was a good boy with a bad past and she should be able to overlook that and I agree.' 

In 2021 he said his 'bad past' was his addiction issues which he has been very open about. He also had a brief relapse in 2020 which he was sorry for.

The pair dated for three months until Shepard broke things off because he wasn't ready to settle down.  'He sat me down and said, 'I can't have this right now. I think you're wonderful, but I am still dating other people,'' Bell revealed in a Popsugar interview in 2017. But she respected his honesty.

ASHTON KUTCHER & MILA KUNIS 

Mila Kunis at 5ft4in is much shorter than her husband Ashton Kutcher who is a stunning 6ft2in.

The actors met at a young age when they filmed That 70s Show.

They did not start a romance until over a decade ago, however, and they wed in 2015. Now they have two children together.

Before marrying Kunis, he was wed to Demi Moore from 2005 until 2013. 

Kutcher is returning to television in the Ryan Murphy created series The Beauty, along with Evan Peter, Anthony Ramos and Bella Hadid.

The series is based on the 2016 Image Comics title by the same name. 

Kunis recently completed work on Wake Up Dead Man, the latest Knives Out movie, co-starring Daniel Craig, Josh O'Conner and Glenn Close.

CHRIS HEMSWORTH & ELSA PATAKY 

Australian hunk Chris Hemsworth is 6ft3in.

His Spanish-born wife, a model and actress, is an entire foot shorter than him, standing at 5ft3in.

In December he put split rumors to rest.

The star, who wed the actress in December 2010, revealed that the secret to his decade-and-a-half-long relationship is 'having fun.'

Speaking on Jay Shetty's On Purpose podcast, the 42-year-old revealed that both he and Elsa have 'an adventurous spirit and making time for one another' was a key factor behind their successful marriage. 

'The complicated times have been when it's been all work, all kids, and all of a sudden the "us" in the relationship is … sort of non-existent, you're just managing a household or the work family schedule,' he admitted. 

He added that 'removing ourselves from all of that and just having time for the two of us and making space for each other' helped them get to where they are today, as well as 'making each other laugh'.

'There's always that spark, that attraction, but what it comes down to is friendship and companionship in the end.'

MEGAN FOX & MACHINE GUN KELLY 

Machine Gun Kelly is 6ft5in and Megan Fox is 5ft6in.

The musician and the actress, who are on and off, have a child together.

Fox and Kelly have recently opted to stop dating each other to focus on co-parenting their child together according to a new report.

The 39-year-old actress and 35-year-old pop punk rapper - real name Colson Baker - welcomed their baby girl Saga Blade in March 2025, just four months after their relationship reportedly ended.

It had been claimed that the actress discovered he had been communicating with other women which led to their November 2024 split.

'[They] haven’t been together in a real way for a long time now and whatever they had romantically is done,' a source told People magazine in January.

'Their relationship at this point is just about co-parenting. Megan is focused on her kids and the baby and just getting settled into this new chapter. That’s genuinely her priority.'

JASON MOMOA & ADRIA ARJONA

Jason Momoa stands at approximately 6ft4in. 

While there is no widely confirmed exact height for Adria Arjona, she appears noticeably shorter than him in photos. 

The actor, 46, has been dating the Andor star, 33, since May 2024.

Since then they have been seen getting affectionate on red carpets fairly consistently with kisses, hugs and hand holding.

Torres is a Puerto Rican actress known for her engaging roles in film and television. 

She's played Dorothy Gale in Emerald City, Anathema Device in Good Omens, and Bix Caleen in Andor. 

She's also appeared in the comedies Father of the Bride and Hit Man. 

Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Mexico City, Arjona is the daughter of a Guatemalan singer-songwriter father and a Puerto Rican mother. 

JOE MANGANIELLO & CAITLIN O'CONNOR

Magic Mike actor Joe Manganiello is 6ft5in while his TV star fiancée Caitlin O'Connor is 5ft5in.

Last year they moved from Los Angeles to Pittsburgh, where they are both from.

O'Connor, 36, told People that she and the actor, 49, recently moved to the western Pennsylvania suburb of Mount Lebanon after getting engaged.

'I was born in L.A., but raised in Pittsburgh, so we're both from the same hometown,' said O'Connor, an E! News TV host and actress who was seen in Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty.

O'Connor told the publication that she and her spouse-to-be to be will always hold a warm spot for Southern California, but are happy to be 'back home' in Pennsylvania with its local charms.

'I mean, LA has been both of our homes for over 20 years,' she said. 'That's what we really connect on, you know, we share the same upbringing, the same hometown knowledge.'

The pair have been going strong for more than two years, linking up after Manganiello's marital split with Modern Family star Sofia Vergara, 53. 

O'Connor said that the shared upbringings near the Steel City is 'what really connects us as a couple ... so it's beautiful to be back home together.'

She praised the area she and Manganiello moved to, as akin to something out of a 'postcard.' She added: 'I've never been in a more beautiful neighborhood in Pittsburgh. It's just idyllic.'

JEFF GOLDBLUM & EMILIE LIVINGSTON

Jeff Goldblum is approximately 6ft4in and his wife, Emilie Livingston, is a former Olympic gymnast, is around 5ft6in.

The actor, 73, and the Canadian dancer and gymnast, 43, usually make head-turning appearances as they are an elegant duo.

Jeff - who most recently starred as the Wonderful Wizard of Oz in Wicked - dated Emilie for three years before deciding to tie the knot at the Chateau Marmont Hotel in Los Angeles in November 2014. 

They have two sons, born in 2015 and 2017. 

He was previously married to Patricia Gaul and Geena Davis.

In 2018 she wrote on Instagram: 'Loved and appreciated! @jeffgoldblum always makes me feel loved- from the first day we met!

'At first I wondered if this feeling could be true because I hadn't experienced such innocent, passionate, tender, honest love before so quickly.
