Swimwear-clad Helena Christensen plunged into ice cold water as she showed off her model physique in an Instagram post post on Monday.
The supermodel, 56, showed off her daring side by sharing the video of her dunking herself into a snowy lake that had frozen over.
Helena, showcased her incredible figure in a tiny swimsuit, took deep breaths as she adjusted to the freezing temperature of the lake.
Throughout the whole video, her pet dog had been dotting around in a red coat as he watched her every move.
Whilst submerged, she breathed deeply and at one point whispered: 'Ah s***!'
Helena withstood the cold for several seconds as she breathed her way through it before climbing back out.

The former Victoria's Secret Angel showed off her toned pins as she emerged from the water and climbed back up the ladder.
Following her bravery, Helena gave a few sighs of relief and was reunited with her pet pooch.
She seemed pretty pleased with herself that she had managed to do it and clapped with glee.
It is the second time that Helena has done this sort of thing recently, and just weeks ago she braved the cold for the first time before snow had fallen.
Helena, who went make-up-free for the cold water therapy session, had a shocked expression on her face as she hit the water.
She captioned that post: 'I’ll have what she’s having (frozen emoji)'.
