Helen Flanagan posed in a white lace bra as she showed off the results of her lymphatic drainage massage on Instagram on Friday. 

The TV personality showcased her toned midriff as she posed in her underwear for a mirror selfie while undergoing the treatment at The Wellness Hub in Lancashire.

During the procedure, she said: 'I can't stop laughing, I'm back having lymphatic drainage and we're trying to make my bum look bigger'.

A lymphatic drainage is a specialised massage which reduces inflammation, removes excess fluid, waste and toxins from tissues.

The benefits of the procedure can help with bloating, improves circulation and deep relaxation. 

In the new pictures, Helen was spotted wearing her old engagement ring from ex fiancé Scott Sinclair.

The star, who shares three children with ex Scott, previously addressed why she still wears the dazzling ring as she told Instagram followers she loves how beautiful it is and wants to keep the positive memories of their relationship. 

It comes days after Helen declared 'I feel like I've got me back' after jetting to Mykonos for a solo holiday, following her admission that her mother runs her three children's schedules.

The former Coronation Street star, 35, previously shared that her mother has been a huge help to her family in terms of childcare, as she struggles to look after their washing and extra-curricular activities due to being busy with work.

Taking to Instagram, Helen shared a selection of snaps from her trip to the picturesque Greek island, showing off her curves in a low-cut corset dress from Agent Provocateur.

Sitting down for lunch in the sunshine, the star captioned one post: 'Feel like I've got me back.'

But despite her time away, Helen still seemed to be missing her three children, as she posted a snap of a FaceTime call with her son Charlie, five.

The star shares Delilah, seven, ten-year-old Matilda and son Charlie with her ex-partner Scott Sinclair.

Due to her work commitments, single mother Helen has credited her mother Julia with being a huge help with their daily family life.

Helen said on the Vanessa Feltz show: 'I have three children and I really do bring them up with my mum and dad. They help me every day. 

'This sounds bad but I am always working and I don't even have the class social app, like my mum has the app, she does all the homework.

'My mum actually runs all my kids' schedules so my mum is amazing. My kids have so many activities, football and stuff and because I'm always working my mum goes 'Helen you're doing this, you're doing that.'

'She does all my washing, all the uniforms, my mum does all the cooking. She does everything for me and I would die without her.'

Vanessa then quipped: 'Julia is a saint!' 

Helen was recently busy working abroad as she filmed Celebrity Ex On The Beach which aired in April.

She was voted off after just four episodes as her co-stars brutally chose to send her home.

The soap star, who is best known for playing Rosie Webster in Coronation Street, was joined by the likes of Jedward star John Grimes, MAFS UK's Amy Kenyon, TOWIE's Dani Imbert and Love Island's Toby Aromolaran on the dating show.

But mum-of-three Helen was awkwardly sent packing pretty sharpish. 

After her split from Scott, Helen was linked to David Haye in 2023. She also dated Robbie Talbot between 2024 and 2025. 

Helen previously made a thinly-veiled dig about her ex as she said goodbye to the £1million home they shared. 

The former couple, who split in 2022, finally sold the six-bedroom Lancashire mansion for £500,000 under the asking price.

Helen took to Instagram on Tuesday and shared a video with their three children as they prepared to leave the family home. 

However, in a jibe at Scott, 37, Helen declared it had 'always been just us four' - despite the footballer having lived at the home too. 

She wrote in the caption: 'Saying goodbye to our beautiful home (Charlie obviously playing up). It's always been just us, just us 4. I feel like I really found myself in this house and it’s been special.

'There are no words for how much I love you babies and I will always teach you about what is important in life and what’s not and about having morals and integrity and living your lives authentically and being true to yourselves.

'My relationships with all 3 of them will always be my priority and always will be to my last breath. 

'There is nothing I wouldn’t do for you 3 x Mummy’s always got it, always x.' 

It comes after a source claimed over the weekend that the actress and footballer are at war over furniture with things between them turning 'toxic' and Helen now refusing to speak to her former partner.
