Heidi Montag cut a stylish figure at the star-studded 2026 Billboard Women in Music Awards in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
The Hills alum, 39, wowed in a sheer strapless black gown adorned with crystals as she arrived to the event.
Montag's bustier-style gown showed off her gym-honed arms. The I'll Do It singer wore her long platinum blonde tresses were slicked back into a ponytail.
The annual event notably 'honors accomplished women and their contributions to the music industry,' per Billboard.
The outing comes amid her husband Spencer Pratt's campaign for Mayor of Los Angeles - one year after wildfires devastated California and destroyed their home.
Speaking of the campaign, Montag gushed to the Associated Press, 'It's a journey and I couldn't be more proud of him for fighting for truth and righteousness in our family and our community and out city.'

'I am so proud of him,' the former reality TV star added.
'We both have a lot going on, so juggling those two worlds, it's important to find time for each other and our family, and I think that's one of our biggest balances that we're trying to figure out.'
Montag added that she's 'excited for what's ahead.'
Pratt made the bombshell announcement that he would run for mayor while attending the They Let Us Burn! protest in the Palisades in January.
'The system in Los Angeles isn’t struggling, it’s fundamentally broken. It is a machine designed to protect the people at the top and the friends they exchange favors with while the rest of us drown in toxic smoke and ash,' Pratt said. 'Business as usual is a death sentence for Los Angeles, and I'm done waiting for someone to take real action.
'That’s why I am running for mayor. And let me be clear, this just isn’t a campaign, this is a mission, and we’re gonna expose the system.
'They intentionally let us burn before, during and after. There was no accountability. It was gross negligence. They let this happen.'
'It wasn’t a natural disaster or something that was unavoidable. It was their fault, and we need the accountability we deserve.'

The home Pratt and Montag lived in with their two sons in Pacific Palisades was incinerated in the devastating blazes.
Pratt was later seen rifling through the debris at the home he shared with Montag for crystals or other personal artifacts that might have potentially survived the blaze.
The reality TV star also took photos of a burnt tricycle belonging to one of his two children.
The couple's home was flattened to the ground after the raging fire took over the LA landscape and wreaked fiery havoc on Tuesday evening, and photos obtained by DailyMail.com showed the severity of the devastation.
The only parts of the home still standing were the charred entry gate and the front portion of the home's stucco perimeter wall. Large piles of debris were seen throughout the property as well as burnt foliage that once decorated the home's front yard.
Not only was the couple's residence destroyed, but Pratt's parents also lost their home to the fire.
Pratt shared a photo of the little that remained of his parent's house to his Instagram Stories.
'My parents house gone,' he wrote along with a string of crying emojis.
