Heidi Klum enjoys pizza outing with rarely seen kids and husband Tom Kaulitz after Halloween transformation

Heidi Klum was spotted grabbing pizza in New York with her family, the day after her incredible Halloween transformation. 

The German model, 51, was joined by husband Tom Kaulitz, 35, and her rarely seen daughter Lou, 15, and sons Johan, 17, and Henry, 19, for dinner at Crazy Pizza in SoHo.

She dressed business chic for the occasion, wearing a black blazer over a semi-sheer top and matching black slacks.

The beauty — who recently raved about her sex life — held one arm around her daughter's waist as they walked together, with Lou rocking a black mini dress and matching stockings. 

Her son Johan walked on the other side of her, sporting a black hoodie, sweatpants and worker boots. 

Meanwhile Henry wore a black crewneck sweatshirt and blue jeans, and was seen holding hands with a female companion. 

Tom also sported a casual cool look, wearing a white t-shirt with jeans and white Converse sneakers. 

Her husband's brother and Tokio Hotel bandmate Bill Kaulitz, 35, was also present for the family outing, and sported a rocker tee and black pants. 

Heidi shares three of her four children with ex-husband, musician Seal, 61.

Missing from action was her daughter Leni, 20, whom she shares with ex Flavio Briatore, 74. 

The family returned to the pizza place after attending its grand opening the week prior.

Heidi stepped out on Friday, after enjoying her annual bash the night prior, where she wowed in her incredible E.T. costume, alongside Tom who wore a matching look.

The supermodel made her grand arrival at her famous annual soirée dressed as the alien from the 1982 cult classic movie.

But later on in the night she switched into a slightly more practical version of the E.T outfit - keeping the face mask but toning down the rest. 

She added an oversized T-shirt with the character's face on, sexy fishnet tight and long black boots.

Heidi also added an E.T. cap and flashed the peace sign as she posed with Kelsea Ballerini who had transformed into Sandy Grease.

Earlier in the night she proved the Queen of Halloween crown is still hers as she walked the red carpet at her bash, which was held at the Hard Rock Hotel in New York City.

Now in her 23rd year, she attempted the monumental feat of topping her countless, incredible costumes from many Halloweens past.

Some of her most memorable and recent looks include her hyper-realistic, slithering worm look from 2022 and her 2023 transformation into a stunning peacock with the help of nine acrobats dressed as her claws and feathers.

The supermodel's E.T. was dressed in a sheer, floral-patterned slip dress and sported a platinum blonde wig, slightly similar to her real hair, with a black bowler hat on top.

She also had a brown, fur scarf wrapped around her long neck, just right underneath the folds where Klum's face was positioned.

Additionally, from the cult classic movie, her version of E.T. was also wearing a scarlet red shawl and was sporting dramatic makeup.

Meanwhile, Kaulitz's E.T. was fully 'nude,' much like how the alien is when it is discovered by the young children on Earth. 

This year, Klum started preparing for her party in the early hours of Halloween and kept her fans updated as she teased her highly anticipated reveal.

Klum's famous Halloween party has been held on the holiday every year since 2000, barring 2020 and 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
