He ran last year's Berlin Marathon in an impressive sub three hours.

However Harry Styles appeared to be taking things more chill on Wednesday as he headed out on an early morning run in New York.

The Aperture hitmaker released his fourth album Kiss All The Time, Disco Occasionally on Friday and has been busy promoting the record.

Currently in New York ahead of his appearance on Saturday Night Live this weekend, Harry was seen enjoying a morning workout as he soaked up the early morning sun.

Flashing his thigh tattoo in a pair of grey sports shorts, the singer, 33, threw on a graphic white long-sleeved T-shirt, shades and white running shoes.

It comes as Kiss All The Time, Disco Occasionally could dethrone Adele as the fastest selling British album of the last decade.

According to reports, the singer, who released the album on Friday, is said to have sold a 125K copies within the first two days alone, while Adele's 30, back in 2021, flogged 261K within its first week.

Harry also looks set to land the top three places in the UK charts with new single American Girls at No1, followed by Aperture at No2 and Ready, Steady, Go! at No3.

If that wasn't enough the hitmaker also landed Spotify's biggest album debut of 2026 with 63M streams worldwide as of Friday.

On Tuesday night the star was seen out for dinner in the city with the cast of SNL ahead of him hosting the show this Saturday.

The Saturday Night Live takeover is part of Harry's promotion for his fourth studio album, Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally., which was released on 6 March.

Harry made his hosting debut on the chat show back in November 2019. During the episode, he performed Lights Up and Watermelon Sugar.

Meanwhile on Monday he enjoyed a romantic lunch date at private members' club Chez Margaux with his girlfriend Zoë Kravitz.

Shielding his eyes behind stylish sunglasses he cut a casual figure in a navy coat, which he layered over dark hoodie and jeans.

He opted for a pair of white New Balance trainers for the jog

Meanwhile Batman actress Zoë, 37, who was first linked to the hitmaker in August 2025, wore a long black wool coat over a cream maxi dress.

She too shielded her famous features behind shades and also donned a baseball cap while toting her essentials in a straw handbag.

The lovebirds arrived in the back of a chauffeur driven SUV before hot footing it into the swanky eatery.

It comes after Harry said he had to have a 'real, honest conversation' with himself as to where he saw himself in five years after watching three of his closest friends get married.

The hitmaker spoke about the 'loneliness' of fame and how he took a three-year hiatus from music to establish what he really wanted in life.

In a new interview on Apple Music's The Zane Lowe Show, Harry revealed he wants to get married and start a family - as his relationship with actress Zoë goes from strength to strength.

Harry explained why he took a break from music after completing his mammoth Love On Tour in 2023, which saw him do 169 shows over a two-year period.

He said: 'I stop everything, then I get to decide what I want to bring back in. Like what are really the things that I want in my life?

'If you're like touring all the time and you're doing this all the time and all these things, there's no space to really choose.

'I think I had a real honest conversation with myself about, okay, in five years, what do I want my life to look like? And then how do I make changes to aim at that? I don't want to be the guy who's on his own but was like, oh, I really did it.

'I want to be fulfilled and I want to be in great relationships with people. I want to have great friendships with people. I want a family. I want these things. It just allowed me to go like, okay, what do I have to do to create space to allow these things to happen? I can't just expect them to just happen to me.'
