Hailey Bieber made massive waves in the skincare and beauty industry when she sold her line, Rhode, to e.l.f. Beauty for $1billion last year and she has no intention of stopping there.

The 29-year-old mogul is featured on the cover of the latest edition of TIME where her skincare brand was named one of 'The Most Influential Companies.'

The wife of pop megastar Justin Bieber revealed that she has full intention of growing her business empire as she said: 'I’m an entrepreneur at the end of the day.

'I want to expand in business and I want to be able to do more things—but I’m definitely not in a rush.'

Bieber showed how savvy she is as she wants to learn from the errors made by other business founders who sold before her.

The mogul said: 'You hear a lot of stories that founders—they sell their business and they get pushed out or they leave or they just get a payday and they decide to move on.'

Bieber launched her much-anticipated brand in June 2022, releasing only three products at the time - Peptide Glazing Fluid, Barrier Restore Cream, and Peptide Lip Treatment.

Since then, the brand has grown exponentially, expanding into different tinted lip products, blush and even viral phone cases that double as lip gloss carriers.

Then in May 2025 she sold her business to  e.l.f. Beauty for $1billion while she was juggling life as a new mother after giving birth to son Jack Blues in August 2024.

She told TIME of that period: 'I felt really stretched in a lot of ways.

'There’s a lot of change happening all at once. It really showed me as a woman, as a businesswoman, as an entrepreneur, as a mom, as a wife, as a friend—really what my capacity was.'

As she is the daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin and wife of global superstar Justin, she is no stranger to the spotlight and her success in the business world has only intensified the magnifying lens on her.

Bieber said: 'I just think being in this position in general, there's a lot of judgment. It does feel hard sometimes, having every single thing be looked at and picked apart.

'They create a story for you, and it can feel really uncomfortable and bizarre sometimes, because I'm like, it's just not even real. I need to live my life and continue to move forward regardless.'

After the sale, Bieber still serves as founder of the brand and Chief Creative Officer and Head of Innovation.

Last week, Bieber led the A-list arrivals at the prestigious TIME100 Gala in New York City.

The annual gala, held at Jazz at Lincoln Center, honors those who've made the magazine's 2026 list of the 100 most influential people in the world.

Bieber, who previously appeared on the 2023 list, hit the bright red carpet in a dazzling silver lace gown that hugged her gym-honed figure.

The skintight frock had skinny straps and a modest train that pooled at her feet.

Bieber, who recently lashed out at online trolls, wore her dirty blonde hair down and opted for her signature natural glam makeup look.

Bieber's appearance at the event came just days after she supported Justin at the final weekend of his Coachella takeover, which saw him earn a whopping $10 million as the festival's headliner along with Sabrina Carpenter and Karol G.

Bieber was front row for both of her husband's headlining sets, which included surprise appearances by Billie Eilish, SZA and Big Sean.

Justin was absent from Thursday's TIME100 Gala, leaving Bieber to walk the event's red carpet solo.
