Zendaya's Stylist Law Roach Teases What to Expect From Met Gala 2026
Like the steps up the museum, the Met Gala 2026 after-parties are taking stars to the next level.
After the annual Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute gala concluded May 4, the evening had only just begun for most of the stars.
Indeed, following suit from the evening's "Costume Art" theme and "Fashion is Art" dress code, Hailey Bieber, Kendall Jenner and more hit up the after-parties across New York City—and everyone had a second (or first, in the case of Olivia Rodrigo, who skipped the main event but showed up for the afters) outfit to stunt.
Hailey, for her part, swapped her goddess-like Yves Saint Laurent blue gown with a golden breastplate for a little white dress for a more angelic look. The Rhode founder was joined by her BFF Kendall, who pared down her custom GapStudio look for a more subdued, yet sculpted nude gown.
Also joining the models at Saint Laurent’s afters at People’s Bar in New York were Heated Rivalry stars Connor Storrie and Hudson Williams. Connor, 26, kept to his own business casual theme for his later evening wear—swapping a black and white look by the fashion house for a beige suit with no shirt underneath the blazer.
Hudson, meanwhile, proved he’s hopping on the John F. Kennedy Jr. style trend, swapping his show-stopping shirtless Balenciaga look for a backward Kangol hat and sunglasses. The breakout star topped off his look with a double-breasted suit jacket with a white button down and short white shorts.

The looks themselves are fun to look at, but the real fun, of course, happens behind closed doors. Luckily, some stars have shared a bit of insight into the magical evening—with Winnie Harlow admitting that George Clooney was the life of the party at the 2018 Met Gala after-parties.
“I met him for the first time,” the supermodel explained during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live at the time. “And he was having the time of his life. I love it!”
