Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin's daughter Apple Martin has come clean about the cosmetic enhancements she has undergone.
The 21-year-old has followed her parents into the public eye and become a model, alongside her studies and sorority girl life at Vanderbilt University.
Now she has unveiled the secrets behind her features, in a video explaining her 'everyday stressed out college student skincare' routine for Vogue.
'Time to come clean. I got lip filler one time,' the showbiz legacy said. 'I think I got it when I was 18. I just thought that it was too big.'
She observed that 'everyone seems to think that I have crazy lip filler,' and insisted that in reality 'I just pout my lips a lot and I put on a lip of lip liner.'
Elsewhere in the video, Apple, who has a 19-year-old brother called Moses, demonstrated her 'lip filler optical illusion' of putting liner 'right above my lip. Once you get the natural shape of your lips just go a tiny, tiny bit above it.'

Having gotten into full makeup including a plumping lip gloss, she teased her fans: 'You can see the lips are already plumping. Not lip filler, thank you.'
Early in the video Apple, who had become something of an enigmatic meme online, remarked: 'I feel like this is the first time people are hearing me talk.'
Meanwhile Paltrow has never publicly confirmed she had any invasive plastic surgery, although she has confessed to laser treatments and Botox.
When a fan asked her on Instagram a couple of years ago if she had ever used Botox, she replied: 'God yes. Both successfully and unsuccessfully I’m afraid.'
Apple's latest disclosure about her past lip filler comes a day after Paltrow admitted to undergoing a controversial $50,000 blood-filtering treatment in Chicago.
The procedure, known as therapeutic plasma exchange, is a 'detox' meant to excise materials like mold and microplastics from the blood.
Blood is removed from the body, and the plasma containing the offending materials is then separated out and replaced with fresh plasma.
Paltrow explained to Richard Eden of the Daily Mail: 'I'd been going through lots of health stuff with that kind of ambiguous chronic stuff that medicine normally has a harder time dealing with: chronic fatigue, brain fog.'

The Goop founder said she 'was so interested in this idea that we could filter out things in our blood that were making us more sick.'
She maintained that she 'felt amazing after' the procedure, which left her with a sensation of 'this immediate unburdening and clarity and lightness.'
Since its launch in 2008, Goop has become known for advice ranging from the idiosyncratic to the bizarre, exhorting women to steam clean their vaginas and theorizing about a 'Link Between Underwire Bras And Breast Cancer.'
However the brand has been constantly expanding ever since, and five years ago it even sprouted its own Netflix series The Goop Lab.
Paltrow split from Martin in 2014 in what she provoked widespread mockery by describing as 'conscious uncoupling,' but the pair remained friendly co-parents.
Apple has been emerging into the public eye in recent years, making her fashion show debut in 2023 sitting at the front row of the Chanel extravaganza in Paris.
She entered society in 2024 at the annual 'nepo baby' knees-up Le Bal des Débutantes in Paris, on the arm of Count Leo Cosima Henckel von Donnersmarck.
Her date to that event is the scion of a noble family from the old Habsburg Empire and the son of filmmaker Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck, who directed the Oscar-winning German movie The Lives of Others about the Stasi.
