Gwyneth Paltrow, 53, poses for busty makeup-free selfie as she offers glimpse at lavish Florence getaway

Gwyneth Paltrow put on a busty display in a makeup-free selfie as she gave fans a glimpse at her lavish trip to Florence. 

The 53-year-old actress, who recently shared an unseen throwback snap with daughter Apple Martin, jumped to her main Instagram page on Monday to upload a series of images from her Italian getaway last week. 

One slide showed the Marty Supreme star posing for a black-and-white selfie as she donned a tank top with a low-cut scooped neckline. 

Her blonde locks flowed down past her shoulders and were partially covered with a pair of headphones. 

Paltrow looked radiant as she sported little to no makeup while relaxing inside what appeared to be a hotel room. 

Another picture captured the Oscar winner donning a white dress with the scenic views of Florence directly behind her. 

A blue sweater was wrapped around her waist and she completed the look with open-toed blue pumps. 

The mom-of-two paused for the quick snap while standing on a stone balcony as the bright sun shone down on the green trees and hills. 

She took another selfie while getting glammed up, with her makeup comprising of a warm blush and nude-colored tint on her lips. 

Paltrow gazed towards the camera while wearing a comfy white robe as her blonde hair cascaded down in natural waves. 

The Iron Man actress enjoyed the scenic view once again in Florence as the sun set in the distance. 

She donned a sleeveless white dress with floral details on the front and accessorized the outfit with chunky gold bracelets as well as dangly earrings. 

During her busy travels, the star snapped a selfie as she sat on a plane amid the international journey. 

Paltrow had the chance to indulge in a number of tasty meals and treats, which she included in the Instagram carousel. 

For breakfast, the Hollywood actress enjoyed a variety of fruit and juices. She also later ate a bowl of pasta while stopping by a restaurant. 

During a nighttime outing, she snapped a picture of buildings near a small body of water. 

In the caption, Paltrow penned to her 9.3 million followers: 'Wednesday-> Saturday LA<-> Florence.'

The star has opened up about her beauty and fitness routines over the years. 

During an interview with Coveteur, she explained, 'I lift heavier weights because I'm in that phase of life where that's really important to keep bones strong, for bone density, and I'm really looking after my skin.'

Paltrow added that she also likes to 'explore what's there in terms of anti-aging modalities' including 'exomes to the face' and IVs. 

'When I was younger, I used to smoke and drink tons of alcohol and eat whatever, and now, obviously I'm far more mindful about that. 

'So all those kinds of things I think really do come into play,' she further told the outlet last year. 

Paltrow previously told People back in 2023 that she tries to not focus on what other people say about her. 

'I don't give a f*** what anyone says about me, thinks about me. This is who I am,' she expressed.

'I felt like 50 was a deepening into myself. And, apparently, that just keeps getting better.' 

The Shakespeare In Love star further said that she is 'never going to be able to look like X, Y, and Z, especially as I become 50, 55, 60.

'So it's like: How do I feel? How am I holding myself? Do I like myself? What is my anxiety level? Am I strong? 

'I had two babies and now, for some reason, at 51, it's like all the elasticity's going,' Paltrow continued. 

The actress shares daughter Apple, 21, and son Moses, 20, with ex-husband and Coldplay frontman Chris Martin.

The former couple were married from 2003 until their divorce in 2016. Two years later, Paltrow tied the knot with Brad Falchuk in 2018. 

She recently shared an unseen throwback photo of herself posing with her daughter back in 2006 as she teased 'something special' for her Goop brand. 

Her eldest child has been following in her famous mom's entertainment footsteps and recently directed a musical at her college. 

Apple is preparing for her graduation next month in May from Vanderbilt University with a degree in law, history and society.
