Gwyneth Paltrow, 52, is effortlessly chic as she films star-studded exhibition in New York City

Gwyneth Paltrow put on a chic display at the star-studded STARSCAPE exhibition in New York City on Wednesday.

The Goop founder, 52 - who recently opened up about her lavish nighttime ritual - could be seen filming parts of the 'immersive installation' with other celebrities also in attendance, including Zoe Saldana.

The actress embraced her fall style wearing a black, turtleneck sweater as well as a leather skirt and black blazer that was left unfastened at the front.

Paltrow additionally slipped into a pair of black tights and closed-toed heels to coincide with the monochromatic color scheme of her ensemble.

Gwyneth's blonde locks were parted in the middle, and effortlessly flowed down past her shoulders in light waves.

The Oscar winner opted for minimal accessories to allow her outfit to be the main focal point, and added a few flashy rings on each of her hands.

A light pink blush was added to her cheekbones for a radiant glow, while a glossy, rosy pink tint was worn on her lips for a finishing touch. 

During an interview with Harper's Bazaar a few months earlier in September, Paltrow opened up about her personal style, which she described as 'minimal, elegant' and also 'preppy.' 

When it comes to further glamming up a look with accessories, the star explained, 'I kind of go one of two ways.' 

'I tend to go more chunky gold, day kind of stuff, or...I don't mind a real f***-off statement piece as well.' 

Gwyneth paused for photos as she strolled through the STRASCAPE exhibition by Genesis House and Ethan Tobman. 

Tobman is known as the creative mind behind Taylor Swift's Eras Tour and has also worked on music videos for artists such as Beyonce. 

The new exhibition is, 'an immersive installation inspired by Dongji, the Korean celebration of the Winter Solstice,' per an official description.

'Explore the wonders of the cosmos on the longest night of the year told by the sights and sounds of light. A cinematic journey full of wonder, warmth and human connection awaits.' 

The Iron Man actress was seen crossing paths with Tobman who donned a glittering, black suit as well as a white dress shirt and black tie. 

Zoe Saldana was also spotted at the event - which officially opened on Thursday and comes to an end next year on January 12, 2025. 

The Guardians Of The Galaxy star put on a fashionable display of her own wearing a dark gray blazer as well as a pair of matching, loose-fitting trousers. 

She completed the ensemble by wearing a striped shirt as well as a black tie and closed-toed, black pumps with a gold tip. 

Saldana - who recently landed the cover of Vanity Fair - allowed her brunette locks to cascade down past her shoulders in light waves. 

Earlier in the night, Zoe was spotted outside in NYC as she arrived to the venue and better showcased her outfit. 

Claudia Marquez - the COO of Genesis Motor in North America - also glammed up in a black sequin outfit as she paused for memorable snaps with Zoe and Gwyneth during the festivities. 

Rachel Espersen - the executive director, brand experience at Genesis USA - was stylish in a printed minidress and black heels as she joined the celebrity guests. 

Later in the evening, Paltrow and Tobman were seen strolling through the new immersive experience and paused for another picture together. 

Paltrow also jumped to her Instagram stories to give her fans a glimpse of the installation. 

She uploaded a photo as both she and Tobman stood in a dimly lit area while surrounded by a galaxy of stars. 

In text added towards the bottom of the image, the star penned, 'Just stopped by the most arrestingly beautiful exhibit at @genesishousenyc.' 

Gwyneth also filmed a quick selfie video and panned the camera around one of the rooms. 

It comes shortly after the blonde beauty opened up about why she has been feeling 'waves of grief and sadness' this year. 

Paltrow is mother to daughter Apple, 20, and son Moses, 18 - whom she shares with ex-husband Chris Martin. During a Q+A session on Instagram, she revealed that she was still adjusting to her children no longer living at home. 

One fan asked, 'How's life as a free bird?' and the actress replied with, 'Thank you for asking. It's very different. I have waves of grief and sadness.'

However, she also added, 'I am kind of getting back in touch with this part of myself that I haven't felt like since I was in my 20s before I had kids.'

'Like, a little more space and imagination, maybe. A little more inner space for what I might want to do that day, stuff like that. So, it's evolving. It's interesting.'

Paltrow - whose company Goop recently suffered a second round of layoffs - was also spotted filming scenes for the upcoming film, Marty Supreme, in NYC last month. 

Her co-star, Timothee Chalamet, was also seen shooting scenes for the movie which is reportedly inspired by ping-pong player, Marty Reisman.

The A24 film - which is currently in the midst of its production stages - is directed by Josh Safdie, who is known for other projects such as Uncut Gems (2019) and Good Time (2017).

Most plot details have remained under wraps but is a 'fictional work set in the world of 1950s ping pong culture,' per Variety. 

After taking a break from acting, Paltrow was convinced to step back in front of the camera for Marty Supreme by her own daughter, Apple Martin.

A source told DailyMail.com in September, 'Gwyneth signed on to co-star with Timothee in Marty Supreme thanks to her daughter, who has had a crush on the Dune star for years.'

'As soon as Gwyneth told Apple that Timothee is not only a producer but also the lead actor, she pleaded with her mom to accept.'

The insider added, 'After reading it and loving it, despite having no major wish to act right now, she was convinced by Apple, who intends to be on set as much as possible.'
