GTA 5 Free St Patrick's Day Downloads Available To Claim Now

The hype around the upcoming release of Grand Theft Auto VI in November is at an absolute fever pitch, assuming Rockstar doesn't do the unthinkable and delay it once again into 2027.

Until then, we have about 8 months to fill with other activities, and the best way to get a GTA fix is via GTA Online, where the developer continues to pump out content updates to keep players logging in and interested.

Many of these are themed around real world events and notable days, and the one that's being celebrated right now, in-game, is St Patrick's Day, with a ton of fun activities to get involved in, and unique cosmetics to pick up for your character.

As confirmed on the Rockstar Newswire, the developer is marking St Patrick's Day with events to get involved in, alongside a raft of other weekly activities and rewards.

The easiest reward to pick up is the Blarney's Stout Tee, which you can get simply by logging in to play GTA Online before March 25. In addition, players on the PS5, Xbox Series S/X or PC (Enhanced), can also get the Blarney's Festive Beer Hat, again just by playing the game in the correct window.

Whilst roaming around in GTA Online, you'll also want to keep an eye out for Lucky Clovers, which are essentially balloons that you'll come across in the open world. Those who manage to track down all 25 of the Lucky Clover Balloons will receive the Green Luck Clover Outfit, whilst those who also secure the very rare Golden Clover can get the Golden color variant of the same outfit.

At the same time, the Community Collection is also offering players the Homies Sharp Tee, Benny’s Fitted Cap, and new Knuckleduster and Sessanta Nove Monogram liveries for the HVY Nightshark (Off-Road). To get hold of those, you'll need to complete all three of the weekly challenges as follows:

March 12 – 18: Win three Races
March 19 – 25: Win three Deathmatches
March 26 – April 1: Win three Races

You Don't Have Forever To Grab These Rewards

As mentioned earlier, you don't have forever to get hold of these unique items before they go away forever, with the St Patrick's Day Event set to end on March 25, and the Community Collection series going away on April 1. After that, lock in for the run-up to the launch of GTA VI and the arrival of a potential third trailer, or a delay in Take-Two's next earnings call. Either way.
