Gogglebox star Helena Worthington reveals she's welcomed her second child and says she'll be 'swapping screen time for snuggles'

Gogglebox star Helena Worthington has revealed she's welcomed her second child. 

The artist, 31, took to Instagram on Thursday to announce the sweet news, sharing a series of snaps of her newborn daughter alongside six-year-old Erwin.

She penned: 'Swapping screen time for snuggles (and plenty of nappy changes!) as we welcome our little one to the world. 

'I’ll be quieter on here for a bit while we find our feet. The new boss is here and has already called all the shots.'

Helena stars on Channel 4's Gogglebox alongside her mother Alison and father George and shares her children with partner Dan.

She announced her pregnancy news in December by sharing a snap out gardening with Erwin.

Helena's baby bump could be seen under burgundy floral dress, which she paired with a knitted cardigan, a black quilted farm jacket and a Sofia knit hood.

'Pregnant. Tired. Raging indigestion,' she wrote. 'Still crouching down to explain why we don't dig up all the bulbs.

'33 weeks pregnant at RHS Bridgwater with my first baby, while waiting for my next one. We took Erwin here often when he was a new bean.'

She added: 'These in-between moments feel really precious lately — messy, slow, and very real.

'I'm excited but I feel weird that Erwin will seem so big all of a sudden.'

Speaking to WalesOnline last year, Helena gushed over her partner, as she said: 'My partner Dan, he is an amazing artist and has always supported me wholeheartedly.'

Helena works as an artist at Islington Mill studios, where she focuses on sculpting and painting.

She also reflected on her life as an artist, adding: 'When I was very little I used to draw on the walls and in my mum's cook books and then blame it on my brother...

'So I guess that was the start of things.'

Despite being on Gogglebox, Helena previously revealed that she 'doesn't own a TV.'

She told OK! the surprising update during an interview at the TRIC Awards in 2023.

Helena confessed: 'I don't really watch telly at home, I don't have a TV but [Gogglebox is] how I catch up on what's going on. 

'I go to my mum's and use her electric to watch the telly. It's a pretty good gig because you get to sit down and eat food and watch telly.'

Helena joined the long-running show in 2017 with her parents. 

The 27th series of Gogglebox will begin at 9pm on Friday on Channel 4.
