Angie Kent has opened up about the devastating year that has seen her lose her beloved father, fight to get help for her younger brother and endure a setback in her journey to motherhood.
The former Bachelorette star's father Mark died in late April after battling a rare form of blood cancer, leaving the television personality navigating profound grief while continuing to live much of her life in the public eye.
But the 36-year-old has made it clear she has no intention of apologising for how she chooses to grieve.
'I'm hoping maybe I'll get over this, but I just don't care if you don't like how I'm showing up right now,' Angie said in a candid interview on the Something To Talk About podcast.
'I don't care if my grief offends you. I'm doing the best I can. If that's not good enough for people? Well, see yourself out!'
The raw admission comes as Angie appears on the cover of this week's Stellar magazine, where she speaks openly about the extraordinary run of heartbreak and upheaval she has recently endured.

At the same time as mourning her father, Angie has been undergoing IVF treatment as she pursues her motherhood dream.
The journey has been filled with cruel twists, such as the day her embryos arrived in Brisbane was also the day she learned her father was in palliative care.
'I'm familiar with the universe having a wicked sense of humour,' she said.
'But in that moment, I [thought], "That's a bit gross." Why that exact day? I'll never know.
'There's worse out there for sure, but it felt like my whole world had been stomped on.
'That's been a hard one to surrender to... I'm really angry.'
Angie has also spent months trying to secure proper treatment and support for her younger brother, who has struggled with alcohol addiction.
The former reality star revealed the process was an exhausting six-month battle, despite the family pouring money into finding him help.

'You put all of this money into getting support, and you're turned away,' she said.
'This took me six months. He's finally receiving help, thank God. Thank the universe. Thank my dad, maybe. I don't know.
'I don't know who to thank. I'm just happy he's there. I've done my part.
'It's now up to him how he moves forward.'
Despite everything she has been through, Angie remains determined not to give up on her dreams of motherhood.
'I obviously pray that my body can carry a child. My family and I deserve a little breather from hospitals for a minute... unless it's to do with bringing in a baby,' she said.
In 2025, Angie began her IVF journey and shared intimate details about her experience on Channel Nine's Big Miracles TV series.
Angie revealed she had started to document her 'solo mum journey' and also revealed that she had 14 embryos successfully frozen.
In a frank admission, Angie confessed that her IVF experience was 'daunting', and referenced her previously documented health issues, including interstitial cystitis, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, and adenomyosis.
