Take a walk with "Bachelorette" alumni and Future Self founder Tanner Courtad. No equipment is needed as you march to different tempos to get your heart rate up during this low-impact workout. To keep it challenging, Courtad also includes exercises like side steps, knee lifts, and punches to activate your upper body and core. Designed for all fitness levels, you can follow class member Fatima Karalova for modifications. If you're looking to amp up the intensity, follow Mina Huynh.
Throughout this class, you'll work on your coordination by moving laterally. This will put your mind-body connection to the test, and if you find yourself missing the beat, you can always come back to a march. The most important thing is to keep moving. As the workout progresses, you'll also have the opportunity to unleash your inner dancer by adding some claps to the beat, and Huynh may inspire you to give your steps a bit of flair. The pace of the walk will vary throughout the session, and Courtad will encourage you to take breaks as needed.
This session finishes with a short cooldown to bring down your heart rate and an opportunity to feel gratitude for the work your body did during this session. With an endorphin boost to take you into your day, you can also try more workouts from Courtad in his YouTube playlist, and make sure to subscribe to our PS Fit Youtube Channel for new videos every week.
