Rivers in parts of Berkshire and south Oxfordshire remain saturated after weeks of heavy rainfall.
Britain has seen rainfall every single day so far this year with Berkshire county hit with flood alerts.
Flood warnings were issued for Remenham where Russell lives and Wargrave where former Strictly star Debbie McGee lives.
George and his wife Amal have a luxury house in Sunning but the riverside location means their tennis court and garden were covered with water after the Thames burst its banks.
A government website has told locals to 'be prepared'.

George's Sonning home, thought to be worth between £10-12million, has been 'completely submerged' by the recent floods, according to The Mirror
It states for Henley, Remenham and Medmenham and its tributaries: 'Flooding of low-lying land and roads is expected to continue over the coming days, especially in the Henley area.
'Further rainfall is forecast over the next 24 hours. We expect river levels to remain high over the next few days and remain responsive to further rainfall.'
George's Sonning home, thought to be worth between £10-12million, has been 'completely submerged' by the recent floods, according to The Mirror.
The Grade II-listed property has nine bedrooms, a pool, a tennis court, a grand terrace, a boathouse and a 12-seater cinema.
The couple purchased the home - dubbed 'Castle Clooney' in 2014 and moved in two years later after extensive renovations.
The actor and his human rights lawyer wife own several homes including another in Lake Como, Italy and a vineyard estate in Brignoles, France, along with properties in Los Angeles.

The property sits on a one-acre plot overlooking the Thames.The comedian is thought to spend most of his time at another home in Florida on Santa Rosa Beach, in Florida, where he moved in 2024 with his wife, Laura Gallacher.

Debbie and Paul's home has been flooded several times over the past few years, leading them to install a pumping system to avoid further damage. But following the 2024 deluge, this failed after the high waters overpowered the system.
Television personality Debbie worked as magician Paul's assistant for years with the pair first meeting in 1979 when she performed on stage with him at the Britannia Pier Theatre in Great Yarmouth. They married in 1988.
Paul died in 2016 aged 77 after he was told that he had an incurable brain tumour.
