When it comes to festive decorating, the influencer has taken a different 'lazy' approach to her family's Christmas tree.
Taking to Instagram this month, Christie shared a video that showed her decorating a very spartan looking tree.
Devoid of any greenery, the tree sat in the corner of Christie's lounge room and was also without any decorations, save for the pre-installed LED lights on the bare branches.
Christie revealed that her 'lazy tree' had been a tradition for the past two years.
'We've been able to get away with a stick tree for two years since my step-son is now a teenager,' she wrote over the clip.
'But this will be out official last year with the "lazy tree".'
Christie, who announced in October that she and fiancé Joel Price were expecting, revealed she wanted to pull out all the stops when their bundle of joy arrives.
'Tbh the year he didn’t want to put up the tree with us I cried a lil inside but also knew we could get away with a “easier to set up tree” for a hot min… which will now end when little Bub arrives and the believing starts again,' Christie wrote.
