His arrest on Tuesday is just the latest legal trouble for Love in recent years.
The film star was charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon in San Diego in late 2024 after he allegedly attacked a front-desk clerk at a hotel, according to NBC 7 San Diego.
The clerk, who also filed a lawsuit against Love, claimed that he said he had booked a room via a third-party service in August 2024.
However, the hotel had no vacancies once Love arrived.
The clerk suggested to the actor that he should contact the booking site to request a refund.
According to the clerk, Love became so enraged that he ripped the hotel's credit card reader off of its mount and threw it at her.
The device allegedly hit her in the side of her head and broke her glasses.
A police officer investigating the alleged attack wrote in his report that the hotel clerk said she had been diagnosed with a concussion the day after the confrontation.
