Already burned through Pokémon Pokopia and on the hunt for your next cozy sim? Look no further than the Epic Games Store. It's giving away one of the best Animal Crossing-like cozy sims of the last half-decade, plus a World War I first-person shooter, for free for a limited time.
Cozy Grove
If Animal Crossing: New Horizons proved too stressful for you, check out Cozy Grove, its much chiller genre alternative. Set on a haunted island drained of its color, you play as a Spirit Scout who works to calm the local ghosts and uncover secrets about the island. Along the way, you'll bring color and warmth back to the island of Cozy Grove.
"The world of Cozy Grove is so charming that I often want to spend more time there," Polygon's 2021 review stated.
Isonzo
Isonzo is the latest in BlackMill Games' World War I series, with each game spotlighting battles on a different front of the Great War. Isonzo takes you to the mountains of northern Italy for immersive offensives with up to 48 players. You can choose from six distinct classes, like Mountaineer or Infantry, and from over 50 different WWI weapons.
If Cozy Grove and Isonzo catch your eye, all you need to do is log in to the Epic Games Store and claim them. They'll be free until Thursday, March 19 at 11 a.m. EST.
