Frank Sinatra's daughter reacts to an AI version of the crooner in a Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg gin commercial

Frank Sinatra's daughter shared her thoughts on hip hop stars Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg using an AI-generated likeness of her father in their new Still G.I.N. commercial.

Tina Sinatra, 76, said that seeing the artificial intelligence version of the late My Way crooner was 'thrilling and surreal' in a statement to People.

The commercial also featured an AI replica of Sammy Davis Jr., the iconic singer and actor who was part of Sinatra's famous Rat Pack.

'To see Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg alongside my dad and Sammy Davis Jr. in such a revolutionary way is both thrilling and surreal,' Tina shared.

Tina went on to call it a 'celebration of timeless artistry, breaking barriers and the enduring legacy of collaboration across generations.'

The commercial was released on Tuesday, and features Snoop, 53, and Dre, 59,  meeting Sinatra, who died in 1998, and Davis Jr., who passed away in 1990, at an upscale bar.

Dre and Snoop, in formal attire, enter the exclusive lounge where Sinatra and Davis Jr. are waiting at the bar.  

After seeing how the other customers appear starstruck by the rappers, Sinatra asks, 'Hey Sammy, now who the hell are these guys?' 

'I heard those are the new gangsters in town,' Davis. Jr. replies. 

Sinatra then turns to the bartender, who is portrayed by model Lori Harvey, and asks for an introduction.

Snoop and Dre then meet the iconic duo, after which Davis Jr. asks, 'So what’s your pleasure? What are you guys drinking?'

The hip hop stars then name their gin brand.

Sinatra then announces to the crowd, 'Still G.I.N. for everybody!' 

The production team worked closely with the Sinatra and Davis Jr. estates to ensure accuracy in the portrayal of the late stars, as per People. 

The commercial also featured an AI replica of Sammy Davis Jr., the iconic singer and actor who was part of Sinatra's famous Rat Pack, with model Lori Harvey playing their bartender

The commercial ends with Sinatra, Davis Jr, Dre and Snoop all sharing a drink 

Still G.I.N partnered with Rosewood Creative, Dave Meyers, and the generative AI company Metaphysic to create the ad.

The ad aims to capture 'the balance of classic and modern' and 'cinematically bridges past, present and future generations of superstars.'

It aired during The Voice season finale, which was Snoop’s first season as a coach on the show.

Dre and Snoop launched their gin brand in February. 

Sinatra, who was married a total of four times, fathered three children with his first wife, Nancy Barbato: Nancy, 84, Frank Jr., who died in 2016 at the age of 72, and Tina. 

Nancy died aged 101 in 2018. 

Born in Hoboken, New Jersey to Italian immigrants on December 12, 1915, Sinatra would go on to sell over 150 million albums worldwide, win 11 Grammys and become widely heralded as one of the greatest entertainers of the 20th century. 

Tina controls her father's massive estate that includes hit songs as My Way, Fly Me To The Moon and That's Life.

Aside from Sinatra and Davis Jr., the Rat Pack comprised of Dean Martin, Peter Lawford, and Joey Bishop, who succeeded the original band of Humphrey Bogart and his pals.

Initially called 'the clan' and 'the summit' they were later branded by the press as the 'Rat Pack', after they learnt Bogart's wife and actress Lauren Bacall was so appalled at seeing her husband and his group stagger back from a night out in Las Vegas that she accused them of looking like a pack of rats.
